All rooms are level – no stairs! This home is also perfect for Golfers. It’s located right by Granada golf course, the premiere course to play. Three other great courses are also within 4 miles of this home (Isabella, Magellan and PonceDeLeon).
ELECTRIC VEHICLES are welcome! We have installed a charging outlet in the garage for your use during your stay. You will need to bring your own charger. Please take a look at the outlet in our pictures to make sure your charger plug is compatible.
TV's: Every bedroom has it’s own TV, along with the Living Room large TV.
BACKYARD Space: The patio deck comes with a gas BBQ, and a fenced yard to enjoy privacy while enjoying the outdoors.
This three bedroom home also has 2.5 bathrooms. An open floorplan gives you plenty of room for family/friends. The living room boasts a gas fireplace for those cold nights. There is a dining room(6) and also a kitchen/den eating area as well. The primary bdrm has its own ensuite with both a walk-in shower and bathtub for those relaxing bubble-baths! The other 2 bedrooms have instant access to the 2nd bathroom: a Jack-n-Jill type. These two bdrms have access from each bdrm. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
There is also a half-bath by kitchen, office area & laundry
An open floorplan gives you plenty of room for family/friends. Extra amenities this home has to offer includes 3 coffee pots. A 12-cup ground coffee brewer and 2-Keurig machines (bring your favorite flavors of K-Cups). We furnish all bedding, towels, shampoo, body wash, and basic kitchen supplies.

Visiting Hot Springs Village has so much to offer, it’s truly a recreation destiny. 8 Golf Courses, 22 miles of hiking /walking trails, Pickleball & Tennis courts, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and various lakes. Our largest lake, Lake Balboa, has a playground area, roped off swimming area, marina for renting boats/kayaks, tubes. There are some covered picnic tables by the sandy beach, to enjoy the day. This home is roughly only 4 miles away from this lake.

Hot Springs Village has 2 security-guarded entrances, and all visitors will be registered prior to arrival. This property is closer to the East Gate, off of Highway 5. We have 13+ restaurants for you to enjoy and there are many activities surrounding HSV.

In Hot Springs (20-25 minutes away), is the famous Oaklawn Racetrack & Casino, the famous historic Bathhouses & shopping, Magic Springs amusement park, duck-tours, escape room, Garvan Gardens, axe-throwing room, along with many other fun things. Little Rock is roughly 50 minutes away with many activities as well. We also have Crystal mining, horseback riding, ziplines, and so much more….make this your destination vacation.
