Step into this brand new condo near Keystone’s Lakeside Village. This spacious and modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with two king beds, two twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa.

The open concept living area welcomes you with a cozy queen sleeper sofa facing an electric fireplace and mounted smart TV. Air conditioning keeps the space comfortable during the summer, which is a rare feature in Summit County. Just off the living area, the private balcony offers outdoor seating and beautiful mountain views.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for five, perfect for casual mornings. The dining table seats six. A private washer and dryer are conveniently located in the entryway closet, making it easy to stay fresh during your stay.

The main level primary bedroom features a king bed, a mounted smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sink vanity. The guest bedroom on this level includes two twin bunk beds and en suite access to the guest bathroom, which also connects to the living area.

Upstairs, the third bedroom offers a private retreat with a king bed, mounted smart TV, air conditioning, and a Juliette balcony. This suite also includes an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a spacious walk-in closet.

Guests also enjoy access to the Keystone Lodge and Spa right next door, which features a heated pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and fitness center. The slopes are just minutes away by a short drive or complimentary resort shuttle, and Keystone Lake is a short walk away for shopping, dining, summer activities, and winter ice skating.

Overall enjoyed our stay but wish that there was AC for the upstairs bedroom, basic salt/pepper or coffee filters for the kitchen. Also there was a lot of hair in the shower drain when we arrived which made the bathroom feel dirty. We also had to bring our own pack n play since the property didn’t have anything for small children

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
