Ideal for multiple families, the second level has North and South 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suites. A carpeted bonus room, located off the stairwell, is ideal for kids to play in and watch TV while the adults socialize downstairs. Enjoy the large grassy backyard playing yard games and sitting around the bonfire pit. This home has everything you're looking for!

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.



Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.



Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

- Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

- A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

- PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).



Home Truths:

- No Central A/C, but home is well insulated with many windows and fans available

- No garage on site

- Property is equipped with a decibel and smoking monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.

- There is a trail camera at the end of the driveway for security purposes and a camera by the front door.
