Guests have full access to the entire unit, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen. The unit is private and exclusively yours during your stay.

The unit is located in a lively area with restaurants and nightlife nearby, which adds to the experience but may include ambient noise, especially during evenings and weekends.

Please be advised that Fiesta Hermosa takes place May 23–25, 2026. During this event, the entire street will be fully closed to vehicle traffic due to city-mandated closures.

As a result, we will not be able to accommodate guest vehicles, provide parking, or allow car access during these dates. Guests must plan accordingly and are strongly encouraged to use rideshare services or public transportation.

By booking or continuing your stay during May 23–25, 2026, you acknowledge and accept these access limitations.
Please read carefully before booking. By confirming your reservation, you agree to all house rules below.

Security & Safety
• For the safety of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed and actively recording. Tempering or disabling cameras are strictly prohibited.

Occupancy & Guests
• No overnight guests beyond the number listed on your reservation.
• Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times.
• Additional guests beyond 2 will be charged $49 per guest, per night.
• Unauthorized guests may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Pets
• Pets are allowed only if disclosed and approved in advance.
• Pet fee: $150 per pet, per stay.
• Undisclosed pets may result in additional fees or eviction.

Smoking
• Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside the property.
• A minimum $500 cleaning fee will be charged for smoke odor or residue.
• Any damage caused by smoking will be charged separately.

Noise, Parties & Community Rules
• No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind.
• This property is located in a residential community with a strict no-tolerance policy for:
• Excessive noise
• Over-occupancy
• Parties or disturbances
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Please be respectful at all times. If noise is loud enough for neighbors to hear, local authorities may be contacted.
• Fines ranging from $300 to $1,000+ may apply if police or city enforcement are called.
• Deposit forfeiture and/or immediate eviction may occur for violations.

Check-Out
• Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Late check-out is $49 per hour, subject to availability.
• Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges + any lost revenue.

Illegal Activity
• No illegal activity of any kind is permitted.
• This includes drug use, drug possession, or underage drinking.
• Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund and may be reported to authorities.

Liability Disclaimer
• Guests assume full responsibility for their stay.
• The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings.
• By booking, guests agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the property and amenities.

Damages
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• Damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items will be charged through Airbnb.

Agreement
• By submitting full payment and checking in, all guests agree to these house rules and terms.
• Failure to comply may result in additional charges, cancellation, eviction, or loss of deposit, with no refund.
