Surrounded by natural beauty, a lush landscaped yard, and lots of vineyard charm, this thoughtfully designed home offers the perfect balance of serenity, comfort, and refined coastal living.

Set on a 3-acre private lot and styled in soothing natural tones, the home features bright, open interiors and multiple living areas accented by warm wood details and an effortless indoor–outdoor flow. Relax in the sun-filled living room with a TV or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen or outdoor grill. Savor peaceful mornings on the patio overlooking the expansive grounds.

We are a family who have long appreciated the understated elegance and natural beauty of Martha’s Vineyard, particularly Edgartown. From quiet mornings by the pool to evenings exploring the island’s renowned dining and beaches, this home was designed to fully embrace the Vineyard lifestyle.

We chose to offer our home as a rental to share a thoughtfully curated, private retreat with guests who value comfort, design, and space. Set on three acres, the property offers a level of privacy and tranquility that is rare, while still being close to everything Edgartown has to offer.

Our goal as hosts is to provide a seamless, elevated experience—where every detail feels intentional and every stay feels like a true escape.
