The house is beautiful and SO clean. We could not have asked for a better property for our girls' weekend. The host is super responsive, as well.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Katama House! The moment our family walked through the door, we were blown away by how immaculate and spotless everything was. The house is beautifully decorated—it genuinely felt like living inside a design catalog, yet it managed to maintain the warmth and coziness of a true home.Traveling with family can sometimes be complicated, but the Katama House made it entirely seamless. It was equipped with every amenity we could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen with excellent cookware to a Weber grill in the outdoor entertaining space to plenty of comfortable linens. Every room was incredibly inviting, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the island. The house itself is centrally located between Edgartown and South/Katama Beach, making it easy to enjoy everything that the area has to offer.Beyond the beautiful property, Frances was fantastic to work with. She was incredibly communicative from start to finish, which made the entire rental process seamless and reassuring.If you are looking for a house that combines comfort and style on Martha's Vineyard, the Katama House is it. We are already looking forward to staying here again in the future!
