The main living spaces are bright, open, and well connected. The kitchen is set up for everything from group meals to relaxed outdoor dining overlooking the sky bridge, with a dedicated wine bar and upstairs coffee bar adding an extra layer of convenience.



The home is thoughtfully designed throughout, with finishes that feel polished, comfortable, and well considered. Bathrooms feature fully glass-enclosed showers, all bedrooms are set up with high-quality mattresses and linens, and the kitchen and bar are stocked well beyond the basics, with the serveware, glassware, and essentials needed for group stays from the moment you arrive. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, wagon, and pool towels are also provided to make time outside just as easy.



Outside, the lanai is set up for full days by the pool, with sun loungers, a shaded seating area, and an outdoor living space centered around an 85-inch TV. The layout gives you both sun and shade, so you can move through the space easily throughout the day. A grill, outdoor shower, and ping pong table on the pool level round out the space.



On the first floor, two king bedrooms with private baths sit just off the main living area. Each also has its own private balcony, making them a great option for guests who prefer to stay on the lower level. A queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space when needed.One set of full-size washer and dryers is located here, with a second set upstairs for added convenience.



Upstairs, accessible by stairs or private elevator, four additional king bedrooms each have their own private bath, with soft ambient lighting that gives the rooms a warm, relaxed feel in the evenings. At the back of the home, the dual master suites feature larger layouts, spacious bathrooms with handheld showers, and wide opening sliders that make the outdoor space feel like an extension of the room. Each suite opens to a shared private balcony with open water views.

Guest Access:

This is a private single-family residence with dedicated driveway and garage parking. Guests enjoy secure, code-based entry into a private foyer with both stairs and elevator access to all levels of the home.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Primo Dr, you’re right in the heart of Fort Myers Beach. The beach is just at the end of the street, and you’re within easy walking distance to Margaritaville, Times Square, The Whale, Beach Bar, and many of the island’s best restaurants, shops, and entertainment. It’s the perfect blend of convenience, walkability, and coastal living.



Getting Around:

Everything is within easy walking distance, and the island’s open-air tram is conveniently accessible at the end of the street. It runs to Times Square, the north-end beach park, the library, and other popular stops—offering a fun and easy way to explore Fort Myers Beach without needing to drive. Or rent a golf cart for a fun way to get around FMB!
