We’ve created this space to feel like a relaxed, coastal retreat - the kind of place you can unwind after biking the Pinellas Trail, walking downtown for dinner, or catching sunset near the water.

To keep it that way for everyone, here are a few simple guidelines:

Your Stay
We kindly ask that you treat the property with the same care you would your own home. The primary booking guest must be 21 years or older. In addition, please ensure that all overnight guests are included on the reservation. If you`d like to have a visitor stop by during your stay, just send us a quick message.

Noise
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night (quiet hours are between 10PM and 9AM). Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

No Parties
To help keep the space peaceful for both guests and neighbors, parties, large gatherings, and events are not permitted.

Thermostat
We’ll have the place cooled and ready for your arrival (typically set around 75°). Please feel free to adjust it during your stay within a comfortable range. If you would like it particularly colder, just shoot me a message and we’ll take care of it right away.

Smoking
To ensure a fresh and enjoyable experience for all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the home. If indoor smoking is detected, additional cleaning and remediation charges may apply to cover the specialized cleaning required to restore the home, along with any associated costs resulting from the violation.

Traveling with a Pet?
We love welcoming well-behaved pets. To help us maintain the property for future guests, we ask that pet owners promptly clean up after their pets and help prevent damage to furnishings, landscaping, and the home. Any excessive cleaning, damage, or remediation required as a result of a pet`s stay may result in additional charges.

Parking
Feel free to utilize the two parking spaces included in your stay.

Trash
As part of check-out and during your stay as needed, please tie up trash in trash bags, and place in the orange bins at the front of the house.

Accidents & Damage
We understand that accidents can happen. If something is damaged during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. Prompt communication allows us to address the issue quickly and often helps avoid more significant repairs.

Guests may be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing damaged items beyond normal wear and tear, including furniture, furnishings, linens, appliances, and other property features.
