About the pool: your stay coincided with unusually heavy rains, which throw off the water's pH — our pool team came out and treated it right away, and with a strong treatment we recommend waiting a few hours before swimming, which cost that pool day. Pool and spa heating is an optional service that is available for an additional fee when requested in advance. During the summer months, however, the heating system is temporarily unavailable while we complete scheduled maintenance and upgrades to ensure it is in excellent condition for the fall and winter seasons, when it is most frequently requested.
