Pros:Good host communicationPeaceful locationExtremely clean & well-appointedGreat shower pressure!Wonderful bedSweet Mr. Kitty!Excellent coffeemaker with lots of options - never had to ask for extra podsSeparate freezer was awesomePrivacy screens on all windows so thoughtfulWagon to haul your stuff from parking spot to unit was super thoughtful and useful!Cons:Soaking- Tub wasn't working upon arrival- Difficult for a single person to remove tub covers - had to leave them half-on which makes for a less-than-desirable soaking experience- Clawfoot tub needed cleaning - was told it would be cleaned, but it never happened so didn't use it (also: instructions needed for the drain - had to ask)Unit- Great for one person. Can't imagine two people being comfortable.- Nowhere for suitcasePrivacy- Ad should explain there are other units in front of and around you. This is not a private location for soaking, etc. There is a nice maintenance man in his own trailer onsite plus 4 other units, all sharing 2 hot tubs.Overall this was a good stay, but not excellent or worth what they are charging, in my opinion. They could probably update their guest book, which had outdated info (ie: saying the tubs are emptied after each soak during the week, which was not my experience...) Need to work out/ fine-tune a few things before I would pay what they are charging, esp. with regard to hot tubs. Knowing there were several other units would have been helpful & more transparent.
