Parking:

Boardwalk Resort Access Policy: You must register and purchase a parking pass and wristbands prior to your arrival. 30aSeascapes will provide a link for you to complete registration as well as pay for parking passes and wristbands. Please ensure we have a valid email address to share the register link prior to your arrival.

Parking is available in the garage or in the surface lot by permit only. Your parking pass needs to be visible on your vehicle's dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Violators are subject to towing at vehicle owner's expense.

About the Community/Property:

Each booking includes one vehicle pass and up to 8 wristbands. Children aged 6 and under do not require wristbands. Guests needing additional passes or bands may purchase them directly from Security upon arrival.

Alcohol is not permitted on the pool deck during the month of March.
