Amazing Place

This vacation home was perfect for our small family. The house was big and clean and updated. My wife and I went with our 3 and 4 year old and we couldnt have been happier with our choice to stay here. The private pool was perfect and used daily. The house is in a provate neighborhood which was perfect for our family yet still very close to everything you want to accomplish in florida. SeaBim was incredible. I had a contact that would stop by and bring us anything needed. He was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

House was great - some issues with management

The house is a beautiful property on the canal and well stocked with misc. things you would need to enjoy vacation. The pool is heated to a refreshing temperature. A couple things to note if you are planning to book - the property is managed by a company, so after you book with VRBO, there will be additional paperwork to fill out. We had a few experiences that tainted our vacation. On day 3, we received a call asking if we were home that day and could they could accompany a plumber to the property. We weren't aware of any plumbing issues and thought it was odd that there was such short notice, but gave permission since they would be accompanying the plumber. Four days later we got back to the house in the middle of the day to find work trucks in the driveway and plumbers working in the house. We had been not been contacted that day. When we went in the house there was a gentleman that kept apologizing and saying "we tried to contact you so, so many times and didn't not hear back". I had no missed calls, voicemails, texts or emails. I asked what number they were using and he said "oh it wasn't us, it was the office trying to reach you - they finally just gave us a key." To make matters worse, they used the bathroom they were not working in and left it a disgusting mess. Lastly, the cleaners arrived well before the 10am checkout time and were knocking on the door by 9:45. Overall, we were disappointed and felt the experience was unprofessional for a "luxury" stay.

Thank you Liz for the feedback. I agree, the plumbing thing was all messed up. I have no idea what exactly happened but you can be assured that this is not the typical way we handle repairs etc. Quite the opposite, we are well known for an easy communication and always try to figure out together with the guests the best solution. In this situation it was not the case, unfortunately, I apologize. The cleaners are not allowed to come before 10.00 AM. I am sorry. The paper work is necessary and we always let guests know in advance. Again, thank you for your feedback.

Rent og flott basseng

Vi hadde et supert opphold. Flott basseng og stille og rolig beliggenhet. Eneste ulempen er at det er et stykke å kjøre til strender og andre aktiviteter. Alt i alt så er alle godt fornøyd. Ungdommene brukte biljard bordet mye - det var supert. Stolen på Master bedring bør byttes ut og ellers skulle vi ønske det var mer beach utstyr. Det var parasoller, men stoler og cooler hadde vært fint. (De stolene som er der kan ikke brukes). Men dette er bagateller som ikke påvirket oppholdet vårt. Vi var godt fornøyd med huset.

Thank you for your feedback, much appreciated. We do not guarantee coolers or beach items in the house. They are more of a living inventory. Items get old and thrown out and often guests buy new items for their trip and leave them behind in the house. So there could be a cooler but we cannot say for sure or the size of the cooler and the same for the beach items and pool toys. Many owners promise all these items being in their vacation home but often they are not or in a bad condition. Because to buy these things in the beginning is easy but to replace them all the time does cost a lot of money (labor).

Toller Urlaub!

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalterteam war einfach, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und es ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub, auch wenn mein Mann zwischendurch das Pooldeck zum Home-Office gemacht hat. Kann man ein schöneres Büro haben?

Take me back!

A very comfortable and well equipped house, in a beautiful setting. You really can’t beat the view each morning. The house has everything you could need. The pool area doesn’t get a lot of sun, but by the dock it’s always sunny. We really enjoyed our 2 week stay with 2 kids (5 and 3). Property manager was also great to deal with. Would definitely rent again.

Great Place

Everything as described then some. Perfect location. Perfect Amenities. Modern look and feel. Only down side and I’m being picky, was the pool table was t quite level, however everything was perfect with their villa!! Would love to go back again.
