You will experience Phoenix in a piece of American history: in a fully remodeled vintage 1977 Avion LaGrande (like an Airstream, but better!). Lots of light, modern features, and all the classic qualities of a vintage camper. Living in an Avion is like nothing else! Fully air-conditioned & heated.



Please note: This vintage camper is stationary and for on-site stays only. It accommodates up to 3 guests and is located privately in the driveway of the main property.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.



➤ Guests will have access to the Avion and one parking spot on the shared driveway. Street parking is available.

Located in a central residential area of Phoenix, this property offers a convenient base for exploring the city while staying in a quieter neighborhood setting. You’ll be close to local cafés, restaurants, and parks, with easy access to some of the area’s most popular destinations. Downtown Phoenix, museums, and entertainment venues are just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy the city’s food scene, sports events, and cultural attractions.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ During the summer months, the thermostat is set to operate within a comfortable range of 70–82°F to ensure proper system performance and energy efficiency.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
