This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with 5 beds (king, 2 queen, 2 sofa sleepers - queen and full) comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests +2 Pack-n-Plays for little ones. It is designed for relaxing, reconnecting, and making lasting memories. Whether you're here for a beach getaway, family time, or a peaceful retreat, you’ll feel at home the moment you walk in.

From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with natural light and an open, airy layout that instantly puts you at ease. The space is thoughtfully designed to feel both cozy and refreshing—inviting you to kick off your shoes, settle in, and stay awhile.

🛋 Living & Gathering Spaces
With smart TVs in each, the two living/family rooms are the heart beats of the home—perfect for movie nights, quiet mornings, or winding down after a day in the Florida sun. Sink into the comfortable seating, turn on your favorite show, and enjoy the simple pleasure of being together.

Watch the sunrise through the bay windows in the front room and soak in the sunset through the large windows in the back.

Dont forget to connect to the bluetooth speaker at the wet bar and play games while listening to your favorite tunes.

🍽 Kitchen & Dining
Whether you're brewing your morning coffee or cooking a full meal, the kitchen is ready for it all. This is where mornings begin slowly and evenings linger just a little longer.

Enjoy a large diningroom table, a smaller breakfast table and the stools at the counter space - all made for sharing meals, laughter, playing games and having good conversation.

Start your mornings right and stay energized through the day with the complimentary tea and coffee at the well stocked brewing station.

Open the cabinets and drawers to find all the cookware, dishes and cutlery that you need to create delicious meals during your stay. There is a gas, 3-burner, Webber grill on the patio to cook those steaks and shish kabobs for the crew.

🛏 Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind—cool, quiet, and perfect for a great night’s sleep.

Primary Suite: King bed and private bathroom—your own peaceful retreat to unwind and enjoy the large screen smart tv or the direct access to the patio lounge area by the pool.

There is also a work desk station set up in this room in case you need a private space to to do business. There is an extra monitor with an hdmi cable to connect your laptop to for dual screen capabilities.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with cozy touches - kick your feet up in the lounge chair to watch your favorites on the smart tv while enjoying the view of the pool from your private access door.

Bedroom 3: This room also has a queen bed and is located just at the end of the hall from the other. Comfortable space for the kids or additional guests.

There are two Pack ‘n Plays available for families traveling with little ones. Note, infants under 2 do not count against the guest headcount.

Additional sleeping accommodations for extra guests are also found in the livingrooms. There is a queen sofa sleeper in one and a full sleeper sofa in the other.

Fresh linens, soft pillows, and thoughtful details make it easy to relax and recharge.

Guest Bathroom
The guest bathroom is located in the hallway between the two queen rooms. There are fresh washcloths and towels in the hall closet along with beach/pool towels.

Laundry Room
For your convenience there is a full laundry room with a washer and a dryer. We provide some soap and dryer sheets in case you need to do a load during your stay.

🌴 Outdoor Space
Step outside and discover your private backyard oasis—the kind of space that makes you want to stay just one more day. If you are lucky, you will see our resident turtles playing in the yard.

The yard is fully enclosed with a privacy fence so you can enjoy a competitive game of bags without being disturbed.

Spend your days soaking up the sun, and your nights enjoying the quiet, peaceful Florida air. There is plenty of outdoor seating for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Float in the heated pool or enjoy the enclosed lanai in shaded comfort. Be careful or the rocking patio chairs with the fan overhead might put you to sleep.

There is a patio box with floats for kids and adults. There is another box just inside the gate with chairs and toys for the beach.

There is a large driveway with plenty of parking spaces.
