Les agréables Heavenly Village Ice Rink et Heavenly Village Mini Golf méritent aussi une visite. Amateur de sport nautique ? Profitez de votre séjour dans la région pour découvrir la pêche ! The check-in process was simple, no issue with parking, and gaining access to the unit was easy. There was nice amenities, the pool was nice and clean and beach access was nice. Our unit didn't have any spare seasonings so come prepared there, with oil and whatever else you may need to cook with. Bears were roaming the property pretty often, we say one soon as we arrived and kept seeing them roaming the property throughout our stay. It was a nice stay for myself booking short notice. However for future stays in Tahoe I would probably explore somewhere else.

Thank you, Orlando, for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that you found the check-in process simple and enjoyed the amenities, especially the clean pool and beach access. It sounds like you had a lovely time overall, even with the unexpected bear sightings. We appreciate your feedback about the lack of spare seasonings in the unit. That’s definitely something we can improve on, and we want to ensure our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. While we're sorry to hear that you might consider exploring other options for your future trips to Tahoe, we hope you'll keep us in mind. We’re always here to provide a cozy and hassle-free experience whenever you decide to return.

The community and the amenities are really nice. This unit however needs some serious maintenance and deep cleaning. The blinds are broken, there are no screens in the windows in the bedrooms, some of the windows don’t open, the carpeting is disgusting and needs to be replaced or a deep, clean, the furniture is really broken down. It could be a really nice unit, but it needs a lot of maintenance and love for the price.

Location and Amenities 10/10Furnishings 0/10 Pictures and first appearance makes this unit look perfect, until you spend more time with it. What appears to be normal, is cheap quality and is completely worn out turning a five day relaxing vacation into five days of frustration. The beds, bar stools, and couch are why I would not rebook. Beds are so hard we had to check if they were box springs only (sleeping on the floor would have been better) couch pads were unbearable to sit on and springs are all over the place (this would have been laughable if we weren’t stuck with this couch for 5 days). Bar stools had no internal support so your rear would fall through the frame and would wedge inside causing a safety concern. Floors are so creaky it would wake those in the bedroom below. Cooking spatulas feel like they’re from the dollar tree and could barely hold the weight of eggs. I’m shocked that management hasn’t invested and updated the condition of the furniture for their guests. Too bad because I wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend it to others.
