With a delightful location less than 10 miles from West End Beach, a mid-century modern interior, and two levels of comfort and convenience, this newly renovated home is going to make an ideal staging point for next family vacation. Spread out on the living room sofa to enjoy a good novel while the cozy gas fireplace crackles away. Winter guests will have storage available in the mudroom, so you'll never need to worry about your wet ski clothes. The full kitchen has a French-door refrigerator, a farmhouse sink, and a dishwasher. After preparing a delicious recipe, serve memorable meals at the handsome wood dining table, then head out to the patio to enjoy a glass of wine - you'll find plenty of seating, including a picnic table, a gas firepit, and a comfy hammock. Fire up the gas grill to cook up freshly caught fish and veggies, then watch your favorite Netflix and HBO movies and shows on the Apple TV-enabled TV in the loft. The loft includes an Xbox gaming system, and the kids will have plenty of games to play around with, so this is a great space for the little ones.



You'll have a work desk and chair available, so you can complete that important last-minute project while you're here, and the home's high-speed WiFi will make it easy to perform a little online research. Reward yourself with a soak in the private hot tub or a trip to the beach - don't forget to bring along the provided beach chairs and towels! The private washer/dryer will keep everyone's clothes nice and clean. Good thing too, because with over 60 miles of hiking, biking, and riding trails available throughout the Tahoe Donner area, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy! Trout Creek Recreation Center has lots of fun amenities that include a shared pool, a sauna, tennis and basketball courts, and a shared Ping-Pong table. Tahoe Donner Ski Area is just up the hill about a minute away.

This place was amazing and close to northstar and sugar bowl! We had a blast. It was well equipped, modern, and in a great location. The zip line, hot tub, Xbox, and game room made our stay with kids fun and the place feels very spacious! We will book this one again!

Wonderful Summer Getaway!

Beautiful house in a great location in Truckee. Our family had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed all of the accommodations. The house was perfect for 8 people and our dog. Lots of perks with the outdoor firepit, hot tub, trampoline and hammocks. Loved our stay! Thank you to our hosts!!!

Beautiful and thoughtful Cabin in a great location!

We loved staying in this cabin. It's recently updated with thoughtful amenities. For people who like to cook, the kitchen is well stocked with essentials (dishes, pots/pans etc) and very organized which made it easy to keep clean and mess free. It's perfect for families and we loved being able to bring our dog. I definitely plan to stay here again.

This house is a gem. Plenty of room for two adults, three teenagers, and our small dog. The home is impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and truly comfortable. We loved the fireplace, hot tub, zip line, heated floors, and soft bedding. We would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful vacation home

This was a last minute booking for us and we were pleasantly surprised with how beautiful this home is. The hardwood floors on the main level are beautiful. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and modern looking. The furniture was comfortable and newer. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing stay

Very nice and modern house with plenty of things to do as a group outdoor and indoor. Did have internet connection issues that caused a missed day of work and couldn't find a fix with the management. Otherwise would love to stay again but would appreciate working internet connections.

Lovely Cabin

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days with three teenagers. This cabin is very well equipped with all you need. The kitchen is very well organized and even has an assortment of spices- everything you need. There is towels for the beach, chairs, tubes-we overpacked not knowing this cabin has all you need. The hot tub was great and was really nice on a deck of its own. The gas/fire table and zipline from tree to tree was great. Very well organized throughout. I would recommend this cabin to families with young kids too-lot of toys and games. Nice having two sitting areas. Outside area an A++. Would come back to this cabin again.

Wonderful and perfect for our family holiday get together.

Exceptional, we were very pleased with the cleanliness and overall amenities and layout. Very much enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again for another stay. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the hot tub. The lock was very hard to open and the temperature was not warm enough for winter outside. It seemed warm when first getting in but in about 3 minutes you are cold. Also need another large non stick pan. The tiny griddle is not adequate.

Great place and super clean

The house is super clean and everything is labeled. So many utilities in the house and they had everything for the kitchen that you can ever need. Good location as everything was about 15 mins away from the house. Only thing is I wish we could of checked out at least by 11am but they told me only by 10am. Which was super early for anyone. We couldn’t figure out the fireplace in the house and when I messaged I got no reply.
