Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited

Maximum number of allowed vehicles: 4

Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.

Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.



No matter the season, you and your party are sure to have a phenomenal time at this jewel of a home, located just a mile east of beautiful Lake Tahoe! Inside this spacious, two-level vacation rental, you'll find a sparkling chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, double wall oven, and a kegerator. Dine together or play board games at one of the indoor or outdoor tables with plenty of seating for your entire group. If it's time for a little friendly competition, rack up the balls and shoot some pool by the gas fireplace while you watch a game on the wall-mounted TV. Or pop up some popcorn and cozy up in the front living room where you can switch on the gas fireplace and watch a movie or a favorite show. This home also includes a private hot tub for the ultimate relaxation. And as for sleeping arrangements, there are six cozy bedrooms here for a grand total of two king-size beds, four queens, and one twin bunk for the kids.



When it's time to visit the lake, Nevada Beach is just two miles west, perfect for frequent trips to the shore, while Zephyr Cove offers unique views and fun activities, less than three miles from your door! Visiting golfers will want to pack their clubs and take on the 18 lakeside holes at Edgewood, only three miles south. Winter guests will appreciate being just five miles from Heavenly Resort, which offers nine lifts leading to 97 trails with a range of difficulties. And don't forget to stop in Stateline for a little adult gaming action at the Hard Rock, Harrah's, and Montbleu, a little over two miles away.

We loved this home for our holiday, family retreat. The home is beautiful and cozy, and well set up for a large family to enjoy.

The design of the house is decent for a large group, but the owner is disconnected from the property. One downside is that it has no AC unlike better managed rentals in Tahoe that have installed systems for their guests within the past several years. Another is that the cleaning only hits a few areas. Cobwebs were found in the pantry and areas by the fridge. It’s run by a management company who made the check-in process a hassle. Communicating with them felt like speaking with a poorly programmed chatbot. They had to push back the check-in time and provided multiple pieces of incorrect information regarding parking. This caused me to get other guests to combine cars:1. They indicated that we could only park in the driveway and we needed to display 4 parking permits in the cars to park on the DRIVEWAY, their private property. Of course, that was absurd and we only found one of those “permits” in the house.2. They weren’t able to tell me if the garage was available for parking. It was. 3. There were no street signs indicating the need for a permit to park on the street either.Overall, we were very lucky it was a relatively mild weekend weather-wise for July and had fun after the logistical issues caused directly by the property management company.

Big house!

Good for a group, beds comfy, good location! Very clean and cute! Lacking basic cooking stuff like cookie sheets and cookware. Fireplace did not work.

This house really worked great for our large family. It is close to everything, including a grocery store. Very clean, well equipped, plenty of running room inside and in the yard for the kids, and the hottub is legit.

Beautiful house!

This is a great house in an awesome location. We stayed here with 7 adults and it was absolutely perfect. The home is beautifully decorated and furnished and very clean. The kitchen is very well supplied. The house is conveniently located near a grocery store, skiing, hiking trails, and the beach. Perfect vacation!

Family Ready and well maintained

The property was well kept and everything worked out well. The pool table was a hit for the kids and plenty of board games are sprinkled around the house for the guests to enjoy. The space is well maintained and we enjoyed the convenient and quiet location for a short drive to downtown.
