Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, the bathrooms were not clean, and several shelves and tables throughout the home were noticeably dusty. We also found that multiple light bulbs were missing, making parts of the property poorly lit.There were also several maintenance issues that should be addressed. The kitchen flooring was uneven and created a potential tripping hazard. In one of the bedrooms, a section of the carpet was missing, which further contributed to the property’s lack of upkeep. In addition, most of the outlets were loose, and plugs continually fell out, creating a fire hazard.The check-in and payment process was also concerning. Being asked to complete payment through a third-party invoice rather than directly through the booking platform felt inappropriate and made the process less transparent than expected.I contacted the property manager regarding these issues, but I am still waiting for a return call. The lack of communication and follow-up has been disappointing.With better attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and communication, this property has potential. However, based on our experience, I cannot recommend it in its current condition.
