The Space:

Have the vacation of a lifetime at this two-story Sunriver home with access passes to the abundant on-site amenities, including a seasonal waterpark and lazy river, indoor children's pool, basketball courts, a marina, a nature center and observatory, and 40 miles of paved biking and walking trails, to name a few. Extra activities like miniature golf and ice skating are available depending on the season. T There will truly be something for everyone!



Revel in the tranquil landscape surrounding your private getaway. The home has plenty of outdoor areas, including a downstairs bedroom with direct patio access, and the upstairs primary bedroom features two covered balconies with woodland views. Relax on the high-end furnishings of the open-air lounge on the spacious wraparound deck off the living area. There's also a partially shaded dining table where you can dine alfresco. Host a family barbecue using the gas grill for an easy, savory meal.



The house's interior is lined with wood paneling to match the natural surroundings. Serve a home-cooked meal prepared in the full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything guests who love to cook need. After an active day of non-stop fun, settle into the comfy sofas in the living area and stream your favorite show on the smart TV or cozy up by the fireplace for some friendly conversation. Top it all off with a soak in your private hot tub before bed.

Very comfortable and spacious house. The deck was beautiful with a lot of outdoor seating. It was wonderful for kids, they even have a large selection of toys for the kids to play with. Highly recommend, would be happy to stay here again!

Nice house, fantastic location

The house is nicely sized and laid out with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The outdoor deck is huge and expands the living space. The location is excellent as its a 10 min walk to the SHARC or Fort Rock Park and 15-20 to the village/lodge.

Loved this house!

Excellent location! Bikes provided and lots of nice touches that made it an amazing stay. We stayed in August, and AC worked great and we were nice and cool going to sleep in the comfortable beds. Biked to SHARC and the village so easily! Would stay again!

Wonderful. Great location for biking all of Sunriver, and quick ride to SHARC and village. House was perfect for our needs. The notebook with instructions was very helpful. SHARC passes were perfect. There were condiments in the cabinets which were VERY helpful for quick food prep on day 1. Made the place more welcoming. Bikes were plentiful. All good!!

FAMILY PERFECT!

It was so wonderful to have the SHARC passes and be walking distance to the village and to SHARC. The home is very family friendly - pack and play, toys, and board games kept our family busy! Porch is fully fenced and the hot tub has its own area to keep small kiddos out and for extra privacy. The home is located on a loop which is perfect for the kids to ride there bikes and be safe for hours!

Wonderful vacation house!

My family- son, daughter in law and 6 and 3 yrr old grandsons- and daughter, son in law and 7 month old granddaughter- plus my small dog- spent several days here over Christmas. The house was perfect! Beautiful interior and very well equipped kitchen and play room with toys for the kids. Very centrally located in Sunriver. We hated to leave and would love to rent this house again sometime! ❤️

Family Getaway

This was a very well laid out home. We are a family of 4 that traveled with another family of 4 and stayed 4 nights. There was plenty of space and the house was laid out very well. Very, very clean and stocked appropriately with dishes for those nights you want to cook in. The deck was large I personally spent many mornings sitting and drinking my coffee while watching the local deer. Lots to do in the area, a kids heaven (public pool has water slides). The home is equipped with lots of various sized cruisers bikes which was nice to use for the trips to the pool/village. Neighborhood was Very quiet. Lovely home, would definitely stay here again if ever in sunriver.

Perfect for Spring Break

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time over spring break. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The layout was nice, with the kitchen, dining room and living room all within sight of each other. Plenty of space, but not too much space! Comfortable for watching movies, and the big kitchen table was perfect for building puzzles and playing games. We also enjoyed the hot tub and enclosed deck. We could let our dog have fresh air without worry of him running off. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a couple of meals in. We were very pleasantly surprised with this home! Thanks for putting so much thought into your guests. :)

Great family gathering spot

Spent our Thanksgiving holiday here. House super well equipped for cooking and sharing multiple meals. Nice appliances, every cooking gadget, many serving and baking dishes. Nice big dining table and comfortable living room setup. Gas fireplace and large hot tub were wonderful bonuses. House situated on a large private lot with easy access to bike path. Beautiful light in the house. Very clean, comfortable beds. The was an issue with uneven heat (rooms downstairs were cold while rest of house would tend to overheat). Was also disappointed that Vacasa hadn’t cleared the ice and pine needles off the deck making it treacherous to get to the hot tub and grill. They cleared it after we called, but not without some insistence on our part (, and I feel it should’ve been done before we arrived.

House fine, location great, deck terrific

This house is good for a group, our 6 adults and 2 kids were quite comfortable. The kitchen is small and not laid out well, so is hard to work with two or more people; it is mostly well-stocked except needed tongs and a ladle…we cook a lot! The downstairs shower head did not work well. However the deck is comfortable, with a table and chairs for 6, two wicker couches and two chairs. Location is excellent, near Sharc, short ride to the Village. The previous tenants had left the bike storage room a mess, with all 10 bikes in a pile so we could hardly get into the door. The Vacasa crew should have checked and fixed that. We re-organized the room and left the bikes organized and on their storage hooks.

Great for family time

Setting in Sunriver - so you get all the activities, as this home came with Sharc Passes- plenty of them. Although we did not get to use the passes this time, it was great that they were there. Apparently there are bikes to use, but this trip did allow us time to ride them and we actually did not even know how to access them until we were ready to leave (our fault). Good location, near everything. House was quant, but had plenty of what you need to relax and enjoy. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room for all. Very cabin style home, but it was clean and nice. Small living room, but it was still accommodating for 6 adults. Plenty of DVDS, and games available. That was a very nice touch! There was a hot tub, but we never had a chance to use it as our stay was only 2 nights, and we were swamped with other activities near by. Nice home, worked out great for us. The parking was good as well. The house was clean, had great water for showers, washer & dryer onsite, plenty of towels and extra blankets available. Lots of little decks to get away if needed. Only one room had a TV and there was a TV in the living room. Did like the updates to the master bathroom, shower was nice! This is a nice home for a 5-7 person family vacation. I understand they accepted dogs, so that would be a plus for any of you who like to bring their furry friends. I should say, the house did NOT have any signs of dogs or fur so anyone that has allergies to pets, probably would not have any problems as the house was all wood floors, and clean of pet hair. We had a nice short visit, and this home was perfect for us. Thank you!

Kid friendly

This house was perfect for our 2 year old. There were toys, games and plenty of things to keep busy. The house was more than supplied with everything needed for a week long stay. It was a great place to meet and spend time with family.

Fantastic home for a family gathering!

We loved staying at this Sunriver home. It had everything you needed to create family memories. Enough seating in the living room, the deck was awesome for eating meals in the evening or morning coffee on the comfortable outdoor furniture, and so convenient for our dog with a rolling gate. The kitchen was fully stocked to entertain, they had absolutely everything you needed to cook for a large group. Even A bottle of aloe Vera from to much sun floating down the Deschutes. Also nice quality bikes and corn hole was a big hit. The house was clean, well maintained and up to date. The owner was responsive when they changed booking sites and was very helpful. We will definitely book for next summer!
