The home was well appointed, comfortable beds, clean, and of good size for our family of four. What really stood out was the excellent customer service, there was a glitch with check-in, and it was handled professionally and was truly appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This property was in need of an update. The 9.6 rating was not accurate as rugs and furniture were stained and there was a layer of dirt on most baseboards. The grill was not working and some utensils ,pots and pans were dirty and inadequate. Basic supplies were not provided (2 dishwasher pods and 2 trash bags for a party of 5 staying 4 nights). The management team apologized and indicated this unit was up for an update, but ongoing maintenance of this unit should have been done for those staying prior to this update. I will say that the bathrooms were clean, although the master bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Overall we were very disappointed with this house would avoid booking other units managed by this Avari management company.

This home was well appointed, with comfortable bedding and nice extra touches for us traveling with our pet. The location was perfect, just a few min walk from the main part of Manzanita and the beach.

I would have probably given this location 5 Stars had it not been for the fact that the gas was out on the fireplace and there was no heat in the entire main level of the unit. We had to be moved to another rental property the evening we arrived. But the property was immaculate and lots of open space. It was actually nicer in person than the online pictures showed. If I could know that the heat and gas were sorted out, I think it would be an ideal place.

Spacious home in great location

It suited our two couples and two kids perfectly. Lots of games, puzzles and it was well-stocked for cooking. Easy walk to the beach and to the restaurants and store.

Perfect spot!

This was the perfect spot for our little getaway.. close to everything! Comfortable bed, and furniture and kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.
