We had a nice stay. As other's have mentioned, the house is a converted duplex with a large living room layout, nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. The house does not have central heating and relies on several space heaters placed throughout the house. It was a bit challenging to get the house temperature dialed in.

Perfectly located to enjoy all of Eugene. just a 10 minute walk to neighborhood restaurants, food carts and breweries. The home was clean and the beds and furniture excellent and very comfortable.

This property itself was nice. It's an old duplex turned into one home, so there's a lot of space, but you The biggest complaint is the location. I am sure there are restaurants, bars and coffee shops in the area. However, I would not feel safe walking to all of them. Two blocks away, there was a homeless camp. The house next door is completely abandoned, overgrown, windows boxed up, and sketchy people. We did not allow our girls to go outside and made sure to double check the locks before going to bed each night. The other complaint I would have is there are no curtain "curtains" in the front of the house. The curtains are sheer and at night allows everyone to see in. Just keep that in mind while renting.
