There are two other cottages on the property, but guests have exclusive private lakefront with picnic tables and fire pits. Secluded but near everything -- gourmet dining, spas, cinema, wineries, best ice cream. Perfect for families with kids. Downstairs is a newly renovated game room/seminar space with a ping-pong table, toys, games, as well as tables and chairs. It also has a washer, dryer and half-bathroom. Immediate area in front and side of cottage The Bantam/Litchfield area is steeped in history, and offers a wide variety of activities, including hiking, swimming, boating, biking, fishing and leisurely drives through the bucolic countryside. The neighborhood is especially known for its casual but upscale restaurants, artisan bakeries and what many guests say is the best ice cream in the world, provided by a dairy of contented cows.
