A short walk from the beach, this modern hideaway was completely renovated and redesigned in 2018 by award-winning architects to offer prime indoor/outdoor entertaining space. Take in ocean views from three separate outdoor areas, surrounded by lush trees for added privacy. Enjoy cooking and conversation on the spacious front deck equipped with Adirondack chairs, a gas grill, and a dining table. An outdoor shower is convenient for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach.



Relax in style with warm natural wood, lots of coastal light, and a gas fireplace in the living area. Unwind and stream Netflix shows on the smart TV, curl up with a book in the window nook, or admire ocean views through wall-to-wall windows. Whip up dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with Caesarstone countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and a large center island.



Comfort awaits in each bedroom, spread across two floors. Retreat to the primary suite, featuring direct access to a covered porch with an ocean view. The en-suite bathroom boasts heated floors, a skylight, and a walk-in shower.

Great place and stay, cozy and clean! Great layout

House was super cozy and clean and we enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable there and would come back. Bunk bed mattresses not most comfortable otherwise all beds great. Late checkout not allowed currently which was a bummer with older guests in need of more time. You will enjoy your stay and highly recommend!

Excellent Location and nice home

We loved our stay, it was a great layout for our group of 2 small families. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach very much, and the nice quiet street for kids to play. If you’re a parent and your kids needs a dark room, make sure to bring extra covers for the windows as the blinds don’t block the light. We’ll be back!

Beautiful new home minutes from the beach

This house is new, well designed and beautifully decorated - it was a great for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The best part is that it's a 5 minute walk or less to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to town.

The house is really beautiful, it was rainy in Manzanita so it was great to have such a comfortable cozy place to stay with a lovely gas fireplace.

We loved the light that poured into this house. The heated floors in the bathroom were amazing and we appreciated the functionality of the whole house, as well as the very close proximity to the beach. We would stay there again for sure!

The design and construction of the house is brilliant. Well equipped kitchen, but a blender would a nice addition. Location is superb.

Beautiful Home with attention to detail!

We had the most amazing weekend at the coast. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay in such a beautiful home. This home had comfortable beds, fantastic kitchen for cooking, simple stylish interiors and great space to hang out. The space is perfect for families or large groups of friends. Everything you need is at this house. We will definitely be back to rent this home again.

Amazing Home!

We loved this home. The style is modern simplicity with a Scandinavian vibe, so hard to find in a beach house. The home was spotless. The kitchen, great room and fireplace are light filled and gorgeous. The decks off each room are such a great feature. Perfect beach access at the end of the street. We cannot wait to come back.

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at this great property. We invited a new set of friends to enjoy with us. They all enjoyed Manzanita, the home and the beautiful architecture inside. We’re all a bunch Of designers, so appreciating the details was fun to do. Everything we needed, perfect level of relaxation and comfort. Looking forward to next year.

Well designed and very light filled!

I recently stayed here and was delighted. This newly renovated very well appointed house is perfect for both retreat from the world and connection to friends and loved ones. It has lots of room and a very large light-filled combined Kitchen/Dining/Living space. The decor is also very tasteful and cheerful. The many bedrooms all have direct access to outdoor decks....and finally, it is really close to one of Oregon's most beautiful but not too crowded beaches. I definitely intend to return.

A delightful, well planned space. Roomy yet homey.

The property was true to the photos. It is comfortable and from the main upstairs space, gives one a delightful sense of being in a tree house with ocean views amid the green of the abundant trees. Lots of room and well organized and easy to keep clean. I would go back in a heartbreak!

Exceeded Our Expectations

Perfect size for 7 people. New & clean modern interior. Kitchen well stocked with high quality cookware & dining service. Short walk to a clean & lightly populated beach & a nice bit of ocean view from the living room. Wonderful windows & window shades that easily open/close & plenty of extra blankets & pillows. Nice storage areas for luggage & shoes. So much about the rental is well thought out for short term visitors!
