From weekend getaways to extended stays, this cozy seaside cottage is perfect for a relaxing retreat on the Oregon Coast. The cottage offers a convenient location just a short stroll from Nye Beach and shops and restaurants along Coast Street. Waterfront establishments by the Newport Marina are only a mile away and the Yaquina Bay Lighthouse is just over a mile from the home. The Oregon Coast Aquarium and the Newport Discovery Zoo are within a three-mile drive.



When you're not out exploring the coast, enjoy casual downtime at home with private indoor and outdoor areas to help you make the most of your stay. The deck is perfect for summertime lounging while a sofa and a smart TV welcome casual comfort in the living room. A gas fireplace offers cozy home heating through chilly nights and winter months. This was a convenient location not far from the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked and there was a small fenced yard and deck area. There was not a lot of closet space, but the nice washer and dryer were a bonus. We found the front door lock a little challenging to use, but it all worked out. This home was cute, comfortable and clean.

Mimi's Hideaway

Apart from a low-pressure shower and meh pillows (bring your own!), this is a fantastic little place just up from Nye Beach. It's perfect for any person or couple looking for a spot to stay in Newport.
