Condo was perfect! Gorgeous view, close shopping and great food all easy to walk to from here. Hosts were all great as far as communicating and such a great help when in need!

The condo was clean and inviting, as you walk in, you can immediately see the ocean.. the check in was easy and the staff were helpful and checked on us.. the unit is within walking distance to many restaurants and other shopping..the beach is too...We would stay there again..

For the price, one would hope that at least ONE box of Kleenex could be provided. We got used to using toilet paper for our mouths and noses. Information concerning beach access is lacking. The only access seems to be walking to the NYE Beach car U-turn. Also, I think you could make known in your description that this unit has a major building spotlight mounted just above the patio thus creating a bright light for the unit at night. Also, from our experience, we learned that the complex is not a dog-free establishmen at least for the more privilegedresidents. All in all, tho, it was a most wonderful place for our time there. Thank you.

This was the perfect spot for a family of four. The view was great, and we were able to see the ocean! I love that it had plenty of extra blankets and pillows, lots of fun games and even a kite we could use on the beach! It was also a great location as there were several shops and restaurants within walking distance. Perfect for a family of four!

Perfect spot for winter/all season getaway.Unit is exact as destribed, very open and inviting. Close to the shops and restaurants, 3 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

To call this an ocean view is completely misleading. The railing is covered in frosted glass panels obscuring the view of the ocean. You get sky, yay! You only get a view standing up. So enjoy doing that your entire stay. Direct beach access is also misleading. You are direct if you can walk more than a half mile down to the beach. The third thing was the sound. We were on the second floor. Directly above up elephants were apparently playing basketball from 12:00 - 1:00 am. NO ONE could have slept through that. The sounds from upstairs were present all of the time, it was more of a problem at night. VERY cheaply constructed to have the ceiling creaking as the thudding went on.

I'm sorry the frosted glass panels made the ocean view more limited than you were expecting and I'm sorry the walk to the sand was longer than expected, too. We will do what we can to add more detail to the listing about the view and the walk for future guests. I'm very sorry the guests above you were loud, as well. We do not manage that unit, but we can contact the HOA if the issue persists and will plan to keep a close eye on this.

Great place to stay.

My mom, who is 91 was not able to walk to the beach because of the steep road but she still loved staying there. The view is amazing and having local places to eat from was an added plus. Pacific Kitchen has the best Rockfish Tacos ever.
