The perfect spot for our 4th of July visit to the coast. The ocean is within walking distance with easy access to the beach and the walking path. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It's perfectly located to enjoy time in Seaside, Astoria, and Cannon Beach.

This property was cute and well located. Furnishings were sparse in the bedrooms, no dressers to put things on or in. Not enough power for charging and lights in bedrooms. The kitchen could have used a vase for flowers, chopsticks for eating, foil and plastic wrap for food preparation and leftovers, platters for serving. This level of equipment is normal for average rentals and this rental could have been made a lot nicer with more creature comforts and higher quality appliances.

Great house

The house was perfect for our family to enjoy. The kids enjoyed playing on the deck and in the back yard. And though we drove to the beach access and main road in seaside. It would have still been doable walking when able bodied. But I had an 8 month pregnant person with us so we weren't walking her too far lol. I wish the nightly rate wasn't quite so high. Though I know that is the average. It just sometimes makes it hard on a very tight budget/income. But still great and really wish we could have stayed more then just 2 nights. Because it was not enough!

Minimal amenities as others have noted. There wasn’t any soap at all in 2 of the bathrooms so we had to buy some. The floor hadn’t been cleaned in some time so our bare feet/socks quickly turned black (example photo included of cloth used to wipe a section of floor so my grandson could play there) The yard is minimally maintained so our grandson wasn’t able to play outside due to weeds and overgrown blackberry bushes. On the positive side, the house is spacious and well located near the beach, shopping, and a neighborhood park. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We had to reach out to the management company with a question and got an immediate and satisfactory response.
