The Space:

This warm and inviting Sunriver home is a two-story, three-bedroom home with WiFi, A/C, a Ping-Pong table, a hot tub, and bikes. Eight passes to the aquatic center at SHARC are even provided for your enjoyment!



The lower level kitchen, living room and dining room is an open area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with three stools and the dining table seats six. Enjoy a fire in the gas fireplace.



There is also a door off the dining room to the back deck with two umbrella tables, chairs, a chaise lounge chair and a private hot tub. There is a king bedroom downstairs with a door to the deck and hot tub. Upstairs is a cozy loft with a futon couch, TV, VHS, and a game table with two chairs. Upstairs there is a queen bedroom. The other bedroom offers a queen pyramid bunk and three other twin beds. There is a Ping-Pong table in garage.



*Please note that this home has an occupancy of 10, but only eight SHARC passes are available.

Family reunion

This was a great spot for a family gathering. The main living area was comfortable and allowed for a group to be watching movies and another to play board games all together. We had a lovely stay.

Everything we wanted with a nice, big hot tub

Love the gas fireplace, we all enjoyed the hot tub a lot! So many dishes & great sink/ faucet. The bidets were amazing! The pool table, SHARC passes and bikes got good usage. We look forward to coming back in the summer or when there is snow!

Comfortable and quiet

Nice layout, great hot tub, comfortably decent beds and pillows, well stocked but some minor things seemed missing or inadequate (cutting boards, dish towels). Mgmt very quick to respond and super friendly!

Family Fun Week

We were very pleased with this house overall. It is by far the best stocked house we have ever rented. Dishes, pots and pans, games, activities. Beds mattresses are comfy and although the alcove room is unusual as far as going thru another room, we made it work. Super washer and dryer, huge refrigerator, and large deck with wonderful bbq. Hot tub in good shape but I’d add that the motor is a bit noisy for the master room. Luckily it’s not on for long and our small fan helped. The home is located on a quiet street end circle, great for small kids on bikes.

Great stay for large family

The house was nice overall. It was clean and organized. There were enough towels for bathing and swimming. The toilet bidets were a surprise. The kitchen is well stocked but bring your own coffee and cooking oil/spray. The SHARC was fun but get there early or you might not get in. The back patio needed cleaning. Location was quiet and close to walking paths. Communication with the rental company was great. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Sunriver!

Everything you need!

Loved this house. Has a lot of space lots of beds and everything you need. Didn’t use any of the bikes but they had a few. Ping Pong table was fun and has a nice hot tub. The furniture in the living room was comfy. Barbecued and the kitchen is stocked with all the pots pans and dishes. We had to clean the bbq it was greasy but no biggie. We had a lot of fun in Sunriver and would definitely stay here in the future. Thanks for having us 😊

Lovely

We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing I can say about this and other vrbo properties we have rented is, there is often too much in the kitchen. Please leave a kitchen cupboard empty for renter's food and personal items!

Snowy Getaway

We had a wonderful time in this cozy house. Definitely way to big for just the two of us but the hot tub off the master bedroom was a big influence. Lovely kitchen, great family room with lots of 90s nostalgia. Make sure to pack your own coffee and napkins. Overall a wonderful trip can’t wait to come back.

Perfect family spot

The house is actually bigger than it looks online, it was perfect for our family of 4 we all had room to spread out. Lots of snow & so much fun!

Great property with plenty of space!

Would highly recommend this space for families looking to spend time in Sunriver. We were two families (4 adults, 2 children, and 2 infants) and the space was great for both families.

Rent this home!!

Hands down, this is one of the best homes we've stayed in! The home is in a quiet circle, perfect for kids who want to play outside and ride their bikes. There are bikes and helmets for the entire family, a basketball hoop, ping pong table, games and puzzles, and plenty of movies and books! The kitchen is fully stocked with any cooking utensils you may need, and the bedrooms are very nice with comfortable beds, and extra bedding if needed. The home is also in a great central location close to the SHARC center and downtown Sunriver. We'll be renting again!

Great place to stay!

There are so many good things to list about this property… Very comfortable, kitchen has MORE than enough to make cooking and food prep very easy, special amenities (bidets!), multitudes of bicycles so everyone can ride on the great bike paths, great hot tub...so many other features! A very comfortable home away from home! I don’t like to distract from the amenities; however, there were a few issues that really NEED attention! The couches NEED to be replaced...all the bolster arms are unattached (zippers to attach are broken) so there are basically no arms on the couches! The cushions are totally worn out from much use...you sink to the bottom when you sit down! Carpet is clean but quite stained! Window screens are extremely weathered and a few are missing! Overall, I would recommend this property...but would HIGHLY suggest the owners replace the worn out couches...as they are where everyone needs to sit!

Comfortable Retreat

Everything as described. Beautiful features and cozy bedrooms. Hot tub was awesome. Grill worked great. Fireplace was very warm after a long day in the snow. Kids had fun enjoying their own space. Highly recommended and we plan to be back!

Very Nice and Clean

The house was very nice and clean. We loved having bikes to ride and, although we didn't get to use them, the SHARC passes were a huge bonus. There were some issues with most of the jets not working in the hot tub, but I'm sure that will be fixed in time for the next guests.
