Great walk from the beach

Lovely apartment that fit all of our friends easily. The walk from the beach was very short and the pool was also perfect.

This property is about a 7 minute walk to the beach. It was clean and well decorated. We found the master bed to be very uncomfortable.

Great condo in a nice quiet complex

Beautifully decorated and equipped condo. I rarely heard other tenants. Just a short walk to the beach and a nice neighborhood to walk in too. Would stay here again.

Everything that was needed was there and some. All the cooking supplies, coffee maker, pool near by, beach about .3 mile walk, but there is a wagon included at the rental that helps tremendously. Plenty of room for 5 people and some more.

Just right for small family!

We loved this condo! It was just enough space for the 4 of us and everything we needed for our vacation! Everything was very clean, beds comfortable and our kids loved the bunks. Kitchen was great for small meals, internet connection was great as well. Shirt walk to the beach was really great. We loved our time!

Beach Trip

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Slept a family of 4 easily. Private beach access was only a short two block walk away down a low traffic side road. Overall, it was a clean unit, but we did end up having to rewash a majority of the dishes due to them being put away with food residue still on them. Definitely not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again.

Much Needed

This was a much needed vacation. The communication with property manager was seamless. While the condo is conveniently located close to beach and restaurants, the grounds and common areas of Fiddlers Cove are in need of some updating (which they were working on the whole time we were there). Upon arrival at condo rental the entry door was covered with mildew (which my husband cleaned). The condo was well furnished with everything we needed. Suggestions for owners: a larger curtains at slider (the ones there do not cover the whole slider) and a small clothes rack for drying damp clothing. Our major concern in unit was that there was mold growing around all of the air conditioning vents (which my husband again had to clean)! The HVAC unit definitely needs to be serviced/cleaned!! This is a health concern and should be addressed immediately! We would think twice before booking this unit again, but would look for another unit within the development because of convenience to beach and other attractions.

Cute place that meets expectations. Would stay again.

I’m giving this five stars based on what I expected. It is a dated community, but the inside has been renovated. It exceeded my expectations. Kitchen: Fully stocked. Had started paper towels and dish wash detergent. Traditional coffee pot and Keurig. Didn’t have Tablespoons, which I found odd. And needs a better non-stick pan, but has about every other gadget you can think of. Office nook: Super cute for work. Unfortunately, the trendy chair is terrible for actually sitting there to work. It’s impractical if it is really meant to be used for any prolonged computer work. Dining room: Great, nothing I would change Laundry: Great. No starter detergent. Living area: Exactly as pictured. Smart TV so you can use any of your streaming services. Master Bedroom: lots of hangers and dresser. Charging nightstand. Bed was lumpy and not that comfortable. Guest bedroom: perfect for kids. Wouldn’t change a thing. Bathrooms: came with a fair amount of towels (ten for the whole unit). Came with starter toilet paper, starter conditioner and shampoo, and soap. Loved that. Beach: Balcony had a wagon and lots of boogie boards, an umbrella, and a couple chairs. There are no beach towels with this unit. There is a path to walk to the beach and it’s probably a quarter mile. With me and my husband, it wasn’t bad getting the wagon down the steps, but it was a bit of a chore. With small kids, this would be a big pain. When we had friends visit, we used the pool and only walked them to the beach, because it was too much work to get the items there. Things to improve this stay: Beach towels, functional office chair, and a new mattress for the primary bedroom. With all that said, I loved my stay and would stay again. There also was a wide pathway for bikes and running that we used every day.
