This top floor villa is in Fiddler's Cove Beach & Racquet Club on Hilton Head Island. It was completely remodeled down to studs. Everything inside is brand new - appliances, decor, beds, linens, and furniture.

Inside, you'll find spacious and beautifully appointed rooms, with all the modern amenities you need to feel at home. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living area and luxurious bedrooms, every detail has been carefully designed to ensure your comfort and convenience.

The primary bedroom features a King, walk-in shower, bedroom furniture and closet. The second bedroom has two twins, bedroom furniture and luggage racks. Being located on the third (top) floor avoids the "walkaround" noise that other guests hear below, a common complaint for travelers. * Please note, there are no elevators on the entire property. There are 28 steps from the bottom floor to the villa entrance.

The television in the living room. The living room area includes various books, puzzles, and board games. The bedrooms do not include TVs.

The kitchen is completely open to the dining and living area. The dining room table seats four and there are three stools for bar-top seating under the counter. The villa includes a wet bar, built-in ice maker, and fully stocked kitchen. There is a private balcony with bar-top seating overlooking the property.

Four beach towels are supplied for the duration of your stay. Four tennis racquets (but not tennis balls), two pickle ball paddles, four beach chairs, sand shovel, beach umbrella, 6-pack size cooler, and beach cart are included and located in the storage shed on the deck.

Fiddler's Cove is located approximately 0.3 mile from the beaches at Folly Field. It is about a 5-7 minute walk. Guests at Fiddler's Cove can enjoy tennis on 10 Har-Tru clay courts, 2 Racquet Ball Courts, 2 pools, cornhole & ping pong, and several different play areas for kids. Nearby you'll find many activities to keep all members of your group entertained. Enjoy the beach, biking, shopping, and plenty of dining options too!

1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, beach & bath towels, and washcloths.

2. What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Also in the bathroom there is hand soap, travel-size shampoo & conditioner. Mini dish detergent, dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent pod, and trash bags are in the kitchen.

3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a blender, toaster, various sized pots & pans, wine glasses, coffee maker, dinner ware, and all utensils.

4. Do you provide a grill? – There is both a public use charcoal and propane grill adjacent to the building.

5. Do you allow pets? – No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets, including service animals.

6. Is there a community clubhouse and pool area? – Yes, there are two seasonally heated / cooled community pools, one hot tub and a clubhouse available for our guests. In addition, there is a workout room, clay tennis / pickleball courts, racquetball courts and ping pong & cornhole in the club house.

9. When will I get the address and cabin access info? - Address, door code, driving directions and Welcome Guide will be supplied in a separate email after you book your stay.

10. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4pm on the day of your arrival. Checkout is at or prior to 10am on the day of your departure.

11. What about parking? Parking for up to two vehicles is available during your stay. Guests receive a parking pass as this is a gated community.

12. Are any vehicles prohibited? Yes. The property management prohibits trailers, RVs, and motorcycles.

13. What is the maximum occupancy? While the property may house up to 6 guests, our recommendation is four guests. The sleeping arrangements include: King (primary), two twin beds (second bedroom) and a queen sleeper-sofa in the living room.

14. How many TVs are in the property? There is a 50" Roku enabled TV with a sound bar in the living room. There are no televisions in the bedrooms.

15. What type of internet do you provide? – We provide unlimited high-speed wireless internet connection for our guests inside our villa. The property provides public Wi-Fi outside the villa (e.g. at the pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.)

16. What floor is the villa located on? - The villa is located on the third floor, which is the top floor in each building. There are 28 steps to the entrance of the villa.

17. Are there elevators? - No. There are no elevators on the entire property.

18. How close is the beach? - The beach is approximately 0.3 miles from the condo. It is approximately 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach. There is both public and private beach access for our guests. Details provided during booking.
