The Space:

This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $95/night. At least seven days' notice MUST be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given.

Nice stay but some room for improvement

Would be great for a bigger group but was still nice for just me and my husband. Clean home and well equipped kitchen. Quiet street and quick walk to the beach.

Great House

A lovely home with an enormous open living area and well equipped kitchen.

This is one of our favorite homes in the 25 years we've been coming to HHI. The proximity to the beach is wonderful, with a private walk path to the beach walk. Each of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom, which is fantastic. The kitchen is amazing, and the living area is ample enough for our 11 person and growing family.

Beautiful home, perfect location.

Overall this is a beautiful, large home in a wonderful location. We had 10 people and there was plenty of space. We loved having the extra upstairs living room. The kitchen layout was nice, although we went out for dinner every night so we were only using it for breakfast and lunch. We love having our own pool, and it was a good size. The location is perfect. The walk to the beach was on a beautiful, mostly shaded path, and was about 5 minutes. The beach in this area is not crowded, even during the busiest time of the summer. There were a few minor issues with the house - poor wifi on one side of the house, needs a new dryer, and a couple other minor things. But overall I would stay here again.

Plenty of space to relax.

The five bedrooms and five and a half baths worked out well for our growing family. Not a bad walk to the beach. For Sea Pines it is an easy in and out to other places Hilton Head has to offer.

Great House

Great house, nice beach, pathway was a 5 minute walk. Plenty of room in the house for lots of guests, walk in bathrooms on two master bedrooms, tubs, stand in shower, and pool were all fantastic.

3 great days and night

This is a great property for a large group We had 4 couples and a single, many of them strangers when they arrived and friends when they left Everyone had their own private space, but the open community area made getting to know each other easy. Close to the beach and everything that HHI has to offer Vacasa were friendly, helpful and made life easy for our stay

House was clean. Had issues with the 2nd floor master BR AC not properly working. Did have maintenance onsite in a reasonable amount of time to correct. Oven not working and as we looked at past reviews this has been an ongoing problem for many, many months and would have hoped it would have been taken care of, but no such luck.

Amazing Vacation!

We loved the house and the location was perfect! Very close to the beach and we were able to ride our bikes everywhere. The kids absolutely loved playing in the pool while we enjoyed cocktails on the patio. The layout is pretty unique with two spacious living areas - it's great for multiple families or for kids who want their own space. The kitchen is impressive and very well equipped. We cannot wait to come back and stay at Sandhill Crane 3!

Great location and layout of house

The location in Sea Pines was great. There was a short walking path to beach from the house that was only 5 mins. The layout of the the house was great. We had 3 families with teens that enjoyed the 2nd LR upstairs while the adults hung out on the main floor. Plenty of bedrooms and beds to give everyone their own space. Would stay here again.

Fantastic house but needs some work. Very spacious and great for large families. Pool is small but accommodating. Located a short distance inside Sea Pines gate so very convenient.
