Terrible customer service. False advertising. Will never stay with these folks again. Kitchen sink leaking when we used it upon arrival. Was informed I could park in covered garage, when I did someone taped a tow notice on my vehicle. No pool on premise as advertised.

The property is great. Close to Robbers Row Golf, and a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Had 3 balcony’s and it’s almost like they merged two units so they had bed rooms far enough apart for privacy. Bathroom was nice, but they needed to finish the paint and calk work. The bed was comfortable and good pillows. That can be a real problem some times. Kitchen was nice, updated kitchen ware would have been appreciated. Plates, cups and serving utensils were great. fridge and tv’s all great. Quite area with good walking paths.

Family Vacation

This was our 4th summer staying at Village House. We love the location. This property was nice and roomy. We would stay here again. We always rent thru VRBO, and it was easy as always. Vacasa was a great rental agency. Checked on us upon arrival and were helpful at departure. Thank you for making our vacation a wonderful experience.

My family stayed here during Memorial Day weekend and it was great! The condo was very spacious and was easily able to accommodate myself, my husband, our 2 kids and my mom. The building has definitely been updated recently so it was nice and bright and very clean. The condo itself was very comfortable, updated and very clean. It is ideally located, close to the outlet, beaches and a ton of restaurants and activities. My only complaint is that I don’t know if it had a pool as I could not find one but not a deal breaker and would definitely stay again.

First Hilton Head Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The condo’s location to the beach and the pool are within a short walking distance which was beautiful with children and all our stuff! It’s in a nice, quiet area and just a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet and Clean

We had a wonderful week at HHI. The condo was very clean and spacious for us. Overall we were very happy with this condo. I would give it a 4.5 stars because there were a few small issues that need to be fixed. Hopefully they will be repaired for the next guest after we reported them. Easy walk to beach and very convenient to port royal golf.

HHI summer 2019

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and quiet. It was conveniently located near every place we needed to go. One thing we couldn’t find was a collander but we made due with a pot lid. Ample pots and pans. We would stay here again.

July 2017 Stay

We enjoyed the condo very much. We would all like to return. The condo had everything our family of 4 needed. It was very clean and the environment was quiet and safe. The walk to the beach was not bad for us but might be a bit far for young children. Some beach parking is available near the Westin if you arrive early enough. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful with a family.
