Nice, clean condo, great location

We are regulars at Hilton Head Resort and love the laid-back vibe. Everything in this unit is as described, and it was very clean. Mattresses were comfortable, as was the furniture. We were only here for the weekend but would definitely stay longer in the future.

The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean, good quality kitchen items and linens, and stocked with games to play. The unit is small but nice and worked well for our short stay.

Fun vacation

We had a great time here! The boardwalk to the beach was not bad at all with kids and made it easy to go to the beach multiple times a day. Condo was very comfortable and clean. Also enjoyed having access to pools as a nice option when we didn’t want to get sandy!

First week in May visit

Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Quiet time of the year in the complex. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful beach! Great they offered a shuttle but did not use. Enjoyed the walk over the bridge. Would stay here again.

The place was great for our little family. The walk was very easy and very pretty. There is a shuttle if you don’t want to walk. The condo had everything we needed. I enjoyed all of the hooks to hang towels and suits on. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It’s also in a super convenient location. We will definitely be back!

Almost beach comdo

Over all this place was OK. It was clean, except for some hair in the bathrooms. It did have some of the basics, but no hand soap, tissues and no beach towels ( not everyone drives to HH) It really needs some maintenance work done, especially one of the lamps in the living room. My husband almost got shocked because it is broken.

Beach stay

Great location. Elevator was out of service for the entire time we were there and our place was on the 4th floor. This place a large set of condos that is advertised as tobacco free, but that policy was not enforced. That was a real disappointment. The whole place needs a facelift. The location and security is/was the best part.

Pleasant stay, wonderful condo

We had 4 adult family members stay in this condo for a family wedding in October. We were there for a long weekend. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, well stocked, with helpful instructions. The location is nice (especially for what we needed) with multiple amenities. The complex itself is somewhat confusing with minimal signage. It took us a while (late at night) to find the elevator once we arrived. But that didn’t take away from our stay.

A Wonderful Home!

We had the BEST time at this location. The home was beautiful and clean. We had our family there and we fit comfortably as a family of five. The beds are very comfortable and everything was just as described. The unit is on the 4th floor but the elevators/stairs are very close. The pool/bar was amazing and had the best atmosphere. When walking alone (without children) it took me about 8 minutes to stroll the boardwalk and end up at the GORGEOUS beach. There is an amazing little restaurant on the beach that we frequented. We have stayed at The Hilton Head Resort before and will do it again! Thank you for such a fantastic stay, we wish it could’ve been longer than just one week!

Great property and value

Property was great, would definitely stay again. Great location and amenities. The property gate/security was challenging. We rented a 2 br 2 bath condo and had two cars. Unfortunately there was only one parking tag available. We had to contact vacasa to have them set up a second pass for the second vehicle. Vacasa called back and said that they had contacted the property and another parking tag would be available, but that was not the case. We had to argue with the gate staff who ultimately provided the second pass. Other than that, everything was great.

Beautiful condo, great location

This condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable and accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. Smart tv's in bedrooms and living area. Kitchen had plenty of spices, salt, pepper, pots, pans, etc if you are like us and cook most meals in! Pantry also has coffee filters for the coffee pot which was a bonus! Condo was in a quiet location, the patio overlooks a parking lot, but it was still a very peaceful view. No washer and dryer in the unit, but there are laundry rooms available in the buildings ($3.50/load). Condo has a closet full of games, perfect for rainy day family game time! Walk from the condo to the beach is about 10 minutes. The boardwalk is beautiful with plenty of nature to observe which makes the walk enjoyable. Our kids loved looking for gators in the ponds, and seeing all the birds in the marsh. We even saw a deer bounding through the marsh one evening! The shuttle is available at the boardwalk if you prefer to hitch a ride. Overall, we would highly recommend this condo and may plan to visit again in the future!

Cute unit

The unit was very cute, perfect for our family of three. We did have everything we needed including coffee, tea, sugar, coffee filters, olive oil, spices, trash bags, dishwasher/washer detergent, bad aids, batteries, games for kids, tennis racquets/balls etc. We did have a small issues with the cleaning crew, but Victoria (local operation manager with Hilton Head Resort) contacted us immediately trying to remediate. This is absolutely no landlord’s fault, they pay for the cleaners to clean, too bad no one checks on their work and most of the time all they do is change the bed linen, towels and that’s it. I vacuumed/moped the whole unit myself and texted pictures to the manager with how dirty the floors were. She sent the cleaner back but we already had all our stuff in and didn’t want to move everything off the way for them to clean the floors, which were supposed to be done right from the beginning. Long story short, the issue was addressed. And YES, we would definitely stay in this unit again. The walk to the beach was enjoyable! Thank you for providing such a nice unit!
