Experience the heart of Estes Park in this charming 2-bed, 1-bath Western loft. Overlooking historic Elkhorn Avenue, you're steps away from shops, dining, and festivals. Relax on your private rooftop patio or walk to Bond Park for local festivals and cowboy sing-a-longs. Perfectly situated for the ultimate mountain town experience.

Step through the historic storefront entrance and up a private stairway to this Western-style loft. The large windows give you a perfect vantage point for people-watching and local parades. You’re high enough to stay out of the crowd while still being right in the middle of everything.

The space blends Old West style with a practical layout, featuring a fully equipped kitchenette and two distinct dining areas. The living room offers a comfortable sectional and a Roku TV, but the downtown views steal the show.

Two Western-style bedrooms—both with ceiling fans to keep things cool—paired with a full bath that includes a tub/shower combo and a separate laundry room make this place as handy as it is handsome.

Step out onto the private rooftop patio, your own open air hang out! It’s the ideal spot for morning coffee while taking in the fresh mountain air.

Additionally, guests have access to one assigned parking spot in the carport directly behind the property. Please note that this specific carport spot is strictly available for overnight use only, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

A complimentary starter set of household essentials is provided for your convenience upon arrival. This includes basic paper products, garbage bags, laundry and dish pods, and travel-sized toiletries. You will also find coffee and filters ready for use. Once these initial supplies are depleted, guests are responsible for purchasing further items as needed.

Very nice little 2 bedroom in the perfect location for walking around a beautiful town. Easy check in process and the property management was extremely helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again!! Love the location!!!

Location, location, location! If you are looking to stay inside the heart of Estes Park this is the place. It's not super nice but it's clean and centrally located.

Everything was excellent. To create a better experience we have a couple of suggestions. I do not know the source of the smell in the area between the street door and up the stairs but it it bad. The sofa also has an oder that smells as if it was pulled from long term storage. Replace the sofa and ventilate the stairway and this place is a 10. A TV in the bedroom would have been great since we couldn't sit on the sofa. Toaster only cooked bread on one side so we purchased them a new one. Problem solved.

Very nice place, great location. Only thing is the stairs to come in smelled horribly of trash. The parking spot out back is right next to a big smelly dumpster too that was leaking dumpster water that you had to step in to get out of the car.

Thank you for your feedback. While we are glad you enjoyed the location, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant odor near the parking dumpster. We have never had reports of smells in that hallway before, so this is highly unusual. We have already contacted our waste management provider to address the dumpster maintenance and ensure the area is properly cleaned and kept dry. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we could quickly look into it and resolve the issue.

Fun to stay downtown! Cute place- never knew it was there! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable. Such a fun long weekend with my adult girls.
