Check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is at 12noon.

One of our staff shall meet you in the lobby of Parkview 2 and assist you in checking in to your unit.

Damage/Loss Protection

Please note that a ₱8,000 refundable security deposit is required for your stay.
The security deposit is payable only upon your arrival/check-in and may be settled via cash, GCash, or bank transfer. For your assurance and peace of mind, we do not collect any security deposit before your check-in date, so you can be confident that the transaction is safe and legitimate.

The ₱8,000 security deposit is fully refundable within 3–7 business days after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or violations of the house rules during your stay.

Once the security deposit has been paid, kindly share your email address so we can send you a Security Deposit Acknowledgement Receipt for your records.
