Passez de merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison de ville moderne, où vous pourrez profiter de la vue sur Fuengirola et la Méditerranée, faire un plongeon dans votre piscine privée ou descendre à la piscine à débordement commune.

L'étage, où vous avez l'entrée, dispose d'un grand salon/Salle à manger avec accès à une terrasse avec une piscine privée avec des vues fantastiques. Il dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un coin repas et un accès à une autre terrasse avec barbecue. À cet étage, vous avez également des toilettes. Au 1er étage, vous avez 2 chambres à coucher avec des lits doubles, tous deux avec des salles de bains privées. Les deux chambres ont une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie.

Au 2ème étage, vous avez la 3ème chambre avec 2 lits simples et sa propre salle de bain. À quelques pas de cet étage, vous accédez à la terrasse sur le toit avec des meubles de salon pour s'asseoir et profiter du soleil toute la journée ou du coucher de soleil. La vue sur la côte et la mer Méditerranée est fantastique.

Depuis le salon, quelques marches mènent à la quatrième chambre, (avec lit double et canapé-lit) située à l'étage inférieur de la propriété, avec sa propre salle de bains et l'accès à une terrasse privée où vous pouvez vous asseoir en toute intimité.

La maison en terrasses dispose de son propre ascenseur, ce qui facilite le passage d'un étage à l'autre.

Les quatre salles de bains sont en marbre beige.

Vous pourrez profiter du Wi-Fi gratuit et de chaînes de télévision dans presque toutes les langues.

Il y a une piscine à débordement partagée et de là, vous avez un ascenseur qui vous amène à la rue, donc vous avez seulement 400 mètres de la plage, des restaurants, des bars, etc (le supermarché et le restaurant le plus proche est à 200 mètres). Vous n'avez pas besoin de voiture, mais il y a un parking privé.

L'un des hôtes doit être âgé de plus de 25 ans car nous n'autorisons pas la musique forte et les fêtes car nous sommes dans un quartier résidentiel.

Les animaux domestiques et les fumeurs ne sont pas autorisés.

Pros: Absolutely loved staying at this townhouse in Fuengirola. Ann was a great host, she was easy to communicate with and provided us with a great arrival. The apartment location is perfect, close to lots of restaurants, a beautiful beach, and a tram into Malaga or to other places if you feel like adventuring a bit. Pictures are a great representation of the property, and there is a washroom for every bedroom (plus 1 on the main floor!). Lots of stairs in the apartment, but absolutely worth the view and the top level terrace!

Very lovely decorated, and everything you need. Close to the beach, where we spend a lot of the time. A small supermarket also very close by. We would definately go back, if we get the appotunity.

Pros: We stayed for 9 days in June as a group of 4 adults and 4 children (3-5 years old). The house was very clean and spacious and Ann Charlotte organized everything perfectly. Communication was very easy and all our questions were promtly answered. The house is in a perfect location for a family beach holiday - even, if you don't intend to rent a car. The beach, restaurants and shops are only 5-10min walk away. Trips to Malaga, Benalmadena or Fuengirola Zoo can easily be done by train since the train station is only a 10 min walk from the house as well. But the most awesome feature of this house are the community pool and the splash pool with the stunning views! It's just the perfect place for a nice getaway trip.

Pros: Anne's house was perfect for our group family holiday. Close to all amenities and beach. Beautiful views over Torreblanca and mountains. The property was spotless and everyone had comfortable beds. We had 2 small children with us and they had everything they needed and loved both going to both pools. Unfortunately the elevator broke down during our stay which was a bit of an inconvenience when we needed to carry our luggage, pram etc. Apart from this we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this house to larger family groups or groups with kids. There is a fabulous restaurant (Bistro Michel) just down the street which requires booking but it is worth it. All property owners in the area should be promoting this gem of a restaurant!

Pros: This apartment it a dream for either a large group of friends / couples or like in our case two families of 4. Plusses: This could be the longest of lists, but in short: - The host and communication with her - The view to the beach from the terrace and the pools. Also the view to the mountains and the sunset - The pool set up with your own personal one and the communal pool with the neighbouring (other people renting them mostly as far as I can tell) - The entertainment (TV's etc.) if you need a moment to chill inside - The barbeque (not including cleaning equipment, or the lack there of) - All the beach equipment the renters before or the host has left. Before bying your own stuff check out the garage as there are buckets, balls, shades etc. there as well - Everything else not mentioned in the minuses. Honestly this place is the coolest I've been on these trips Minuses (and I'm being brutally honest, these two are ALL of them...): - The layout of the house does not make it ideal for small children as the four separate bedrooms are in different floors and thus if your kids wonder a round at night there are quite a lot of stairs to climb before reaching the parents bedroom, but if that is not an issue you can't go wrong. - The location especially for small children might prove to be too much with out a trolley, as there is quite a bit of walking to do where ever you might go. On that note here are the biggest things related to the location, and some tips I wish I would have known prior to going: The house/getting to the lift closer to the beach, is along on a fairly risky one-way serpentine road people seem to get a kick off driving up like rally drivers. The nearest shop is the supermarcado that is the one next to the beach, but surprisingly that was not as much more expensive as one might think. It takes you 15 minutes to reach it even if you are fit and walk fast. There is a trolley provided by the host which helps in day to day shopping, but buying water in 6litre bottles requires your own car or a taxi which we used for that quite a bit. If you do that, right next the second closest train station to the house (Los Boliches) there is a REALLY good supermarket so you might as well go there for bigger amount of grocery shopping. The same 15minutes will be spent on reaching the nearest train station (Terrablanco) and that is on top of another hill. As a tip, if going to Fuengirola center (3-5km.) You might as well order a taxi cause the cost of one (~5-10€) is nothing compared to reaching the station and then paying for single ticket (1.80€).. If going to Malaga or Benalmadena the train is a really good idea and doesn't cost that much at all. Hope this review helps you make the right decision AND helps you to start enjoying it faster and not wonder what is where. Our family is definately going back to Fuengirola one day and when we do this is the house we will come back to!

Les seuls bémols, 2 chambres sans placards uniquement des commandes, et le nombre de serviette par personne est insuffisant pour 10 jours.

Fantastiskt läge nära till allt

Pros: Husets läge och miljön runtomkring var fantastiskt härlig utsikt från takterrassen våran värd har hjälpt oss så mycket under tiden med alla frågor och svar . Dejligt med splash pool, men syntes fællespoolen var en anelse for lille, da vi var mange familier med børn og unge. Ann Charlotte er utrolig sød og hjælpsom, og en dejlig backup at have. Det sætter vi stor pris på

Läget, utsikten, nära strand och den långa strandpromenaden, lägenheten, ja, allt var perfekt. Dock behöver du bil för större inköp men det har du förmodligen redan fixat. Kommunikationen med Ann Charlotte var enkel och bra. Har du frågor är det tryggt att veta att du kan ringa henne. Rekommenderas till 100%. Kenneth Johansson, Sverige

Lækker tag terrasse. Kan varmt anbefale at leje dette hus. Ann Charlotte var meget behjælpelig med billig transport til og fra lufthavnen. Kom med gode anbefalinger til spisesteder.

Lejligheden var i 4 plan med indendørs elevator. Derforuden egen svømmepool og en fælles pool. Fantastisk udsigt udover Middelhavet og Fuengirola. Få minutters gang til strandpromenaden. Vi blev taget godt og venlig imod af Ann Charlotte som stod og ventede på os da vi ankom. Ligeledes var Ann Charlotte mødt op da vi skulle tjekke ud. Rigtig god service, vi følte os trygge før, under og ved afslutningen af vores ferie. Dette er ikke sidste gang vi bruger feriebolig-spanien.dk
