This is your own private Vegas resort, a secluded half-acre, 4,500 sq ft estate with a 2,000 sq ft pool complex, hot tub, fire pots, attached casita, 6 bedrooms, and room for 14. Three living areas, two full kitchens, two laundry rooms, premium beds, and resort-style privacy just 15 min from the Strip. Built in 2023 with modern finishes throughout. Perfect for reunions, weddings, birthdays, and groups who want Vegas without the crowds.

The Space

Your group deserves better than a hotel. This is your own private Vegas resort estate, a 4,500 sq ft luxury home built in 2023 on a secluded half-acre lot in one of Southwest Las Vegas’s most desirable residential neighborhoods.

This is our personal home, and guests feel the difference immediately. From the soaring ceilings and gourmet kitchen to the resort-style backyard and attached casita, every detail is maintained with the care and quality you would expect from a high-end private residence, not a high-turnover vacation rental.

The Pool Complex

The backyard is the heart of the property.

A 2,000 sq ft resort-style pool complex features a 65-foot lap pool flowing into a large freeform pool, a hot tub, and fire pots that glow beautifully against the desert sky at night. The entire space is surrounded by lush landscaping on a private half-acre estate.

No shared pool. No strangers. No crowded hotel deck. Just your group, your space, and your own private Vegas resort experience.

The Outdoor Living Experience

The backyard is not just a pool area. It is a full outdoor resort experience.

A large covered patio features a brand-new 86-inch smart TV, perfect for watching games, movies, or a big event poolside. Generous outdoor dining gives your group a beautiful place to eat together under the desert sky, while lounge chairs and umbrellas line the water for daytime relaxing.

As the sun goes down, two fire pots frame the pool and a dedicated gas fire pit seating area creates a stunning place to gather after dark. Automatic landscape lighting transforms the entire backyard at night, giving the space a true private resort feel.

The Interior

Inside, soaring ceilings and an open layout create a bright, spacious, resort-style feel.

Three separate living areas give everyone in your group room to spread out, relax, watch a movie, catch up, or find a quiet moment away from the group. The main gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking, family meals, and group gatherings, featuring double ovens and a professional espresso machine for your morning routine.

The Bedrooms

The home sleeps up to 14 guests comfortably across 6 bedrooms plus a casita living room sofa bed.

Master Suite Upstairs: An oversized king bedroom with a 65-inch smart TV. The crown jewel of the sleeping quarters with generous space and a premium memory foam mattress.

Upstairs Bathrooms: Two full shared bathrooms serve the upper floor. Bedrooms on each side of the house share one bathroom, keeping morning routines organized for families and groups.

The Casita

The attached private casita is one of the most valuable features of the property.

With its own separate entrance, the casita offers a fully self-contained experience including a king bedroom with a 65-inch smart TV, a living room with a queen sofa bed and its own 65-inch smart TV, a full kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, a private bathroom, and a private laundry room.

It creates a private resort within the resort. Perfect for grandparents, another couple, in-laws, adult children, or anyone in your group who would enjoy extra privacy while staying connected to the main house.

Practical Comforts

This home was designed for real group comfort, not just impressive photos.

Two full kitchens, three living areas, two laundry rooms, and generous on-site parking mean your group can settle in without feeling crowded. Parking is available on site for registered overnight guests. Additional parking guidance is provided before arrival when needed.

For guests traveling with electric vehicles, two exterior 50-amp outlets are available for EV charging. Please bring your own compatible charging cord.

A Weber SmokeFire Stealth pellet smoker grill is available for outdoor cooking, while the double ovens in the main kitchen make group meals easy.

Self check-in is simple with keypad access. We provide clear arrival instructions before your stay and are available if you need help with pool controls, fire features, thermostats, or anything else during your visit.

Optional Heating and Fire Features

Pool heating, extended hot tub use, and fire features are optional upgrades that can be scheduled around your stay.

The main pool can be heated for $250 per day. Because the pool is approximately 50,000 gallons, the water warms gradually using our 450,000 BTU heaters, so we recommend requesting pool heating at least one day in advance. We are happy to help you plan the schedule in advance.

The hot tub is included for up to 3 hours per day at your preferred schedule. Additional hot tub heating is available for $25 per hour.

Fire features are available for $20 per hour due to fuel costs.

The home sits in a quiet, upscale Southwest Las Vegas neighborhood with beautiful homes, generous lots, stunning mountain views, and a peaceful residential feel.

Close enough to enjoy everything Las Vegas has to offer. Far enough to actually relax when the night is over.
