Games and space! The space was nice and comfortable and soo many games to play! Disappointed with pool and jacuzzi! Couldn’t use the pool and took too long for jacuzzi to heat up to use. In all, great house for large groups and plenty to do! Nice accommodations and clean!

Overall, the property has some nice features, but it didn’t deliver the modern, luxury experience described in the listing or expected at this price point. With some updates, clearer expectations, and more responsive communication, it could offer a much better stay for future guests. As others have mentioned, the pool is smaller in person and the pickleball court isn’t really playable for an actual game. In our case, the hot tub never heated during our stay. The host did respond when we reached out, but replies took a while and the issue was never resolved. As short-term rental hosts ourselves, we understand that things can go wrong, but this was unfortunately something we weren’t able to troubleshoot on our own.On the positive side, the home has a spacious layout with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and seating, which worked well for our group. The updated kitchen appliances were a plus, and the pool house was a great hangout spot for the teens in our group.We just wouldn’t position this as a luxury vacation home.

I am realistic when booking expensive vacation homes. They are never the same as photos. This place was nice but could have been better. The photo shows a nice pickle ball court. It doesn’t say it’s elevated four inches off the ground so it would be easy to get injured. The pickle ball court does not have any space to serve correctly. It’s basically made for beginners. The roof line of home almost comes into play especially if your a tall person We did make it work with dinking games. just would like owner to mention in advance that it’s not perfect. Had a small issue at the house when we arrived and owner response took care of the issue. House needs more plastic cups and plates and get rid of all the glass dishes. House rules asks that you not bring glass into pool area Bring a sleeve of red solo cups and paper plates your all set. We left a few for the next guest. Pool hot tub yard area fun place to hang around and keep entertained.

This property was amazing. There was more than enough room, that everyone had plenty of room. The children spent most of the time in the pool. i had four generations that traveled different distances for a wedding. Everyone thought it was a great place to stay, and easy to find our way around for different activities.

Everything was great we love the property, except that we did not have a freezer in the fridge in the kitchen. We ended up having to throw out some frozen meat that we had bought due to the freezer not working. The owner did send us ice and bags not enough to save our food that we had to get rid of.

Great for a Bach Weekend

Place was as advertised; pool was a little smaller than pictures made it look but backyard was huge. Pool house was challenging for 5 adult women but they made it work and it was fine for a long weekend. The house was super tech savvy so we didn't figure out how to turn on everything and the AC in the pool house turned off in the middle of the night. There were plenty of towels and pillows for everyone. The use of the house was perfect for what we needed. But, we needed to call the hosts and have their pool guy come fix the waterslide and fall for us. The phone number on the iPad was disconnected so the iPad instructions need to be updated because it was very confusing. The drive from airport/strip is about 25 minutes so good for those who want to get away and not go to those traditional places. Super quiet and nice neighborhood. Overall, great stay for families and a quick weekend but more than that; it might not be the best.

Amazing property, excellent location!

This place has it all! The home is spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you need to have a great family vacation. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Big TVs everywhere!!! The backyard is a dream with plenty of seating and fun activities! Quiet safe neighborhood only 15-20 minutes from Strip! The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive.

Amazing House for Big Groups

This house was perfect for our group. My friends all thanked me for finding and booking this place because they felt comfortable staying here. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms and the house was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Amazing property!

This is one of the best properties available for playing and staying. The pool, hot tub, outdoor games and outdoor kitchen were perfect. The inside is just as amazing for having a large group of people together. It's a comfortable and spacious home. All communications with the owners and property manager was efficient. Great property for family

Great property for large groups. We had 10 people and with the pool house that sleeps 6 it was fantastic. Pool and hottub were great and the kids and adults enjoyed them. Lots of amenities such as basketball, pickle ball, corn hole and putting green.

Great stay, lots to do!

This house has everything. Plenty of room and lots of activities for both kids and adults. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, the beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We played Pickleball, cornhole, ping-pong, shot some hoops, played at the poker table, swam in the pool and spent time just relaxing by the pool. Nice location. I would highly recommend this house if you’re looking for a great time in Las Vegas!

Beautiful Property, Accommodating Hosts

I stayed with a group of friends for a Thurs-Sun weekend getaway. Beautiful property. Check in process was very smooth. Property manager came out to show us around and walk through the basics like starting the hot tub and opening the gates. The place had the cooking essentials (pots/pans/utensils, coffee maker, some seasonings/oil, toaster oven, etc), and plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Basketball court got plenty of use. Could use a new net but that doest stop you from enjoying it. The pickleball court has a fence right at the baseline on one side, so you wont be able to really play hard games. Perfect for causal/social playing. Typical sound ordinance rules apply. 10PM - 7AM quiet hours outside. If you're respectful of the noise levels and neighbors, you shouldn't have an issue during the day time. Overall awesome property to stay at

A wonderful stay

The house is amazing i wish it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the out door amenities. The cold didnt stop the kids from playing pickle ball. The house all and all was great. Only knocks i have are the small things. Labeling all the remotes would be a good idea marking sure the batteries are working in them. Only one of the gate openers worked. And the door that goes to the back yard from the living room. Sticks and it was very difficult for the kids to open the door. But like i said before all just little things wr absolutely loved our stay and are considering staying with you again.. it is just what our family needed away from the hustle bustle of the strip. 3 generation family - great house with lots of room for 10 people. Weren’t able to get pool warm enough for adults but kids were braver. Nice neighborhood with close by park and grocery - walkable.

Beautiful Estate

The home is amazing and just what we wanted. Adding a pickleball court was awesome. Jason and Misti were very helpful and quick with responses to my questions. We would stay here again for sure!

We moved out and have converted to a luxury rental and leaving all high end furnishings and linens for a home that is highly upgraded and kept. We are both the managers and owners and are very hands on ensuring our guests have a perfect and comfortable experience.

Perfect home for anyone. Single story with 3 master bedrooms and 2 guest rooms, private backyard oasis with no neighbors looking in. Privately gated circular driveway. Paradise for kids and adults -- you won't want to leave. Furnishings and beds are high quality memory foam and leather recliners. Each room has a flat screen smart LED TV.
You are close to everything. There is not a better location in Vegas. It is a safe neighborhood near parks, grocery stores, spas and salons and golf courses.
