Pack up the kids and the dogs for a perfect Emerald Coast getaway! Located just 3.5 miles from Seaside, our compact yet comfortable 2-bedroom villa sleeps up to 6 guests.

🛌 Sleeping Accommodations:

Bedroom #1: queen bed + ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #2: queen bed + twin/twin trundle (convert to king) + ensuite bathroom

đŸ›ș Skip the parking hassle—take a short walk to our designated beach areas or catch the complimentary resort tram (available mid-March to mid-September). After a day in the surf, relax on the patio, grill up dinner on the resort barbecues, or let the kids play in the grassy area right outside. High-speed fiber internet and a washer/dryer are included to make you feel right at home.

đŸŸNOTE: Walton County does not allow visitors' dogs on any of its beaches. A dog beach is located about 20 min away in PCB, and there is a dog park nearby.

✅ Primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold (not a charge) placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. We provide *starter amounts* of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags).

BEFORE YOU BOOK - IMPORTANT NOTES:

đŸïžWe have specific BEACH AREAS our guests may use. Due to the private beach allocations in Walton County, our area of beach is a .2 mile, flat, easy walk (about 3-4 minutes) down a neighborhood street to the west or walk east or west down the beach itself to either beach access. You can play in the water or in the wet sand anywhere. The resort also offers free tram service from the complex to these areas during high season (mid March to mid September).

Wonderful quaint apartment close to the beach

We had a blast staying here! The apartment is a little small but very adequate for our family of three with dog. The location is great and the place itself was clean, cute, and comfortable. Would recommend highly!

Wonderful location, super close to the beach

We had such a great stay here! I highly recommend it. The condo was really clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Its only a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and shops are a quick drive to reach.

Megan's place was perfectly stocked and just the right size for a few of my friends and I that needed a fall getaway. I typically stay in Beachside Villas and this place did not disappoint. It was super close to the beach, clean, and had everything we needed for our short trip!

Loved our stay at BSV!

We loved our stay at Meghan's condo! It was clean, convenient, and just as described. The private beach was very nice, seeing as how we were there during a very busy week. The walk wasn't too bad, especially if you could catch a ride on the golf cart. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this cute condo close to the beach! We brought our small dogs, so it was perfect that this unit is on the ground floor. The condo complex was tucked away from all of the traffic in 30A. We had no complaints!

We love the 30A area for it's lack of hustle and bustle, leisurely bike-riding atmosphere, gorgeous white sand and emerald water. With an abundance of houses for larger groups, we wanted to have a condo that would also allow individual families or small groups to enjoy this amazing area. Beachside Villas offers precisely that. It's ideally located and the perfect size for up to 6 folks.

Ground floor location offers quick, easy, seamless access without waiting on elevators or lugging your gear very far! We're just a 3-minute stroll to the white sands of the Gulf Coast. The resort even offers grills for guest use -- if you can tear yourself away from one of the many phenomenal restaurants in the area.
