A charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo awaits you in the heart of Old SeaGrove Beach on beautiful scenic highway 30A! The condo is located in the Beachwood Villas complex; Beachwood Villas offers great amenities for your use during your stay, including 2 pools, one of which is heated seasonally, lighted tennis courts, shuffle board court, grills throughout, peaceful courtyards surrounded by lush, mature tropical landscaping. The famous sugar sands and beautiful Gulf waters are easily accessible by multiple access points within a 5 minute walk, including the new Seagrove Beach Regional Public Beach Access.

If you tire of the beach, Old SeaGrove Beach is an easy walk to Seaside where you can explore a variety of shops, restaurants and food trucks. Old SeaGrove is centrally located on Hwy 30A and an easy drive to the east to explore the neighborhoods of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and to the public beach access at Inlet Beach which has a man made reef for snorkeling. To the west on 30A, check out the eclectic Grayton Beach and beautiful Blue Mountain Beach. There are several parks, including state parks and Greenway Park on 30A. For adventures a little further away, explore Destin to the west, Panama City Beach to the east and natural springs for swimming and diving to the north.

This unit is a ground level unit, with a private covered porch, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub, an open living room (with a sleeper sofa)/dining room concept and a fully stocked kitchen. The condo also has a full sized washer and dryer.

The condo is well equipped with all you need to make your stay extra relaxing, including all linens, TVs in the living room and each bedroom, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, extra blankets and pillows. 2 bikes are also provided for your use during your stay. To get you started, the unit is stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, a starter amount of trash bags, dishwasher pods, sponge, laundry detergent, hand soaps, and hotel size conditioning shampoo, bath soap, lotion and makeup wipes.
