Situé à Treehouse Condominiums sur le lac, nous avons une vue spectaculaire sur Table Rock Lake et Dam à la fois sur le grand pont de 10 par 20 pieds ainsi que de l'intérieur du salon de l'unité, salle à manger et cuisine. Le pont donne sur la piscine extérieure, donc nos clients peuvent profiter de la piscine pendant que tout le monde dans votre groupe est en vue et le son de l'autre.
A l'intérieur, il y a un spa pour 8 personnes ainsi qu'une piscine Forever pour la nage sur place ainsi qu'une salle d'exercice adjacente.
Marinas et restaurants sont à proximité. Et Silver Dollar City est situé juste au nord de Indian Point Rd, de sorte que pendant les jours de fort volume au parc de Silver Dollar City vous vous dirigez dans la direction opposée de la circulation pour moins de temps dans la voiture et plus de vacances pour votre famille!

Pendant la journée, vous pouvez être de retour de Silver Dollar City en 10 minutes de détente et de rechargement au condo au lieu d'une chambre d'hôtel. Après la recharge, vous êtes de retour dans le parc en 10 minutes, donc pas de temps de conduite perdu.

Great Location and Facility

This was a nice two bedroom location. Just the wife and i and she liked that we each had our own bathroom, it made getting around and ready for the day easy. The living space was roomy and there was a sofa and love seat to sit and enjoy the news and such on TV.

We enjoyed our stay. It is really close to SDC and has a great view of the lake and hills from the deck. The condo is well stocked as well if you are inclined to do the cooking. Will likely stay again.

Great Location, Great Condo, Great owner.

We loved the condo. It was exactly what we wanted. The owner was very kind and helpful. It is in a great location. We were there just before Christmas and the owner had some decorations making it especially welcoming for the season! We would gladly stay there again!

Beautiful condo - great view of lake and close to SDC!!

I’m so thankful we found this condo for our Branson vacation. It was very comfortable, the beds and furniture were nice. Very clean and the kitchen was set up great even though we didn’t cook it had all we needed if we wanted to. The location was perfect for going to Silver Dollar City! The owner was excellent with communication and this was a great experience. We would definitely stay here again if we are able to come back!!

Great Getaway

This is a nice place to stay. It is extremely clean, quiet, and has a beautiful view. It is a little secluded, which I love, but it doesn’t take long to get to the bigger parts of Branson. It is also very close to Silver Dollar City. It is hilly and the drive into the parking is pretty steep if you go during the winter with snow and ice. This isn’t a deterrent, just a word of caution. The owners are very friendly and thoughtful, and they communicate very well. Thank you to them! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place!

This place was all that the pictures, description and reviews said it was! It was like home away from home. So incredibly clean! The kitchen was stocked with more than I even thought with foil, pan spray, seasonings, etc. The beautiful deck view was so amazing that we spent mornings and evenings there! Granddaughter enjoyed the pool! Loved that this place was just far enough off the strip that the traffic wasn’t bad and it was quiet. Plus we zipped over to Silver Dollar City within minutes. We also loved the personal customer service from John with texts prior to our arrival making sure that he would have any tickets or discounts he could find available if we wanted any. We would recommend 100%!!!

Needs updating

The condo is convenient easy to find near Indian point marina and silver dollar city. Overall needs a deep flooring cleaning and new sheets/comforters. The bedrooms sleep hot without fans. The laundry is not in the unit and there is no way to use a charcoal grill on the property. The deck is overlooking the pool but is in very bad shape and we learned to wear shoes to avoid splinters. We stayed mon-fri and every day there was a large group of workers demolishing a large rooftop deck by the pool outside of the unit. They ran jackhammers or played loud music. When the pool was open you could not hear anything but this huge project. We were hoping to enjoy the outdoors and get some sleep but this construction really affected our overall impression.

Regarding the issues mentioned in above review. The laundry area location and electric BBQ grills (due to fire hazard of open flames) are clearly mentioned in our listing. We are in the process of having new carpeting installed, ceiling fan in MB and deck carpeting as well. As owners, we are usually notified when any construction, remodeling, paving etc is going to happen in our complex. In those cases we have always blocked out the days from renting so that our guests are not inconvenienced. We were not notified of this construction in advance and had no knowledge of it while our guests were in our unit. Had our guest simply called, texted, or emailed us the first day they experienced this, we would have gladly moved them into a quieter unit on the complex or into another complex altogether, if need be. That's only the right thing to do. But we were only notified about the noise and construction in the review that was posted after our guests had left. We always tell any of our guests to please call, text or email us immediately if they have any questions or problems while staying with us. We want all of our guests to enjoy their stay with us.

Excellent property!!

The Condo was exactly as listed. It was nice and clean and we enjoyed the little wall Christmas tree that was up during our stay. The view of Table Rock Lake from the balcony is nice. Perfect location for our stay in Branson.

Perfect Location, Perfectly Clean, Perfect View

Perfect location for everything. When going to SDC and Branson we where going the opposite direction of all the crowds. The condo is perfect with all the amenities of home but cleaner. Lol. The view is spectacular and sunrises breath taking. Beds are really comfortable. Overall great experience highly recommend staying here and plan on doing so again.

Great location at Indian Point

This property is close to Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake. Beautiful lake view from 2nd story balcony deck with outdoor seating! Lovely accommodation with all we needed. Owners are "plugged in" and ready to help if anything is needed.

This condo was perfect for our getaway. The view is breathtaking. The kitchen is well-stocked and had everything we needed. The entire condo is immaculately clean. The beds and couches are comfortable. And the owner’s customer service is top-notch.
