I do want to share some context, as several of the concerns mentioned were not reported during your stay and were raised for the first time in the review. Had I known about them while you were there, I would have been happy to send someone over to inspect and address anything that needed attention right away. Regarding your arrival, the home was still being prepared when you arrived, and I communicated this at the time. I understand that waiting was inconvenient, and I apologize for that experience. I also appreciate the opportunity to clarify that the listing provides details about the home's layout, parking, amenities, and accommodations, along with photos so guests can have a clear understanding of the property before booking.
