Beautiful 4-bedroom farmhouse with AC in Gig Harbor

Step inside this classic Pacific Northwest farmhouse and feel instantly at ease. With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and generous common spaces, there is room for everyone to relax and recharge. The covered wrap-around porch is perfect for morning coffee, and the fully fenced yard gives your dogs freedom to roam.

The large dining room table has a leaf that extends it to comfortably seat 10 people for an incredible family meal. The large kitchen island seats 4 and the breakfast nook table can also extend to seat 6.

With incredible windows all around the house, there is no shortage of sunlight coming through to brighten your day.

Step out through the back door and make your way to a 20 by 20 foot pavilion with a dedicated eating area and lounging space. You can enjoy the outdoors rain or shine, day or night.

Make your way down to the creek and cool off on a hot day. In the fall, Salmon run up this creek, so please be respectful of their habitat as it is protected. Kids of all ages love exploring the creek, listening to the water move by, and enjoying a peaceful moment under a tree, soaking in dappled sunlight.

This is an amazing location for a small family reunion, trip with friends, or private getaway. All in a prime location to access the incredible offerings of Gig Harbor.

If you intend to bring an RV for additional people, please let us know, as there is a $50 fee per night and specific parking instructions. This house is on a well and septic system, which limits capacity, but we are happy to talk with visitors to work out what makes the most sense.

Sleeping descriptions:
Room 1: king sized bed and optional queen sized air mattress. Air mattress weight limit 400 lbs.
Room 2: queen sized bed
Room 3: queen sized bed (500 lb weight limit)
Room 4: twin lofted beds. (400 lb weight limit each). Please note these beds must be climbed into and out of from an attached vertical ladder.
