Handheld shower excellent pressure and heat. Close to restaurants and Itchetucknee Springs. Definitely will stay again.

The home was in a great location, and made our downtime in High Springs relaxing and enjoyable. We loved being able to walk to all the the attractions in town, such as the coffee shop, the ice cream parlor, and several antique stores. The large backyard also added to the experience. Everything in the home was in excellent working order. We especially appreciated having access to a full-sized washer and dryer!

This was such an amazing stay! The cottage is cozy but spacious. Beds were comfortable, decor was a mix of history & home. I can tell that a lot of thought went into everything, even the dishes. Full kitchen, laundry, 3 private bedrooms, 2 central community areas for relaxing, outdoor seating that was comfy & covered and the shower was so nice! The cottage is historic yet modernized. Location is perfect! It is close to the springs for swimming, diving, paddling, tubing... mermaiding... It is situated right in the heart of High Springs with restaurants, ice cream shop, confection shops, antique stores, a dive shop, brewery all just a short stroll away. Our host gave us reminders of activities happening in the little town and surrounding area. We were in the area for an underwater workshop; the Conductor's Cottage was the perfect retreat home.

Such a pretty cottage, lovingly restored, and thoughtfully furnished and equipped! And an added bonus we did not anticipate -- the location was incredibly convenient, and we walked to restaurants in the evening after visiting springs during the day.Our host, Shawn, was incredibly accommodating, and went out of his way to have a brand new coffee maker delivered when I had problems with the existing one. He communicated promptly and well, and I can only say good things.Everything else in the house was in perfect working order, and we used it all.Private parking, and every modern convenience in an updated yet historic residence. I can't give it enough stars.
