The modern space is well lit, cozy and has all the amenities in a vibrant neighborhood. For connectivity and entertainment there is high speed WiFi, LED TV with Netflix and Hulu. A full kitchen has utensils, teas, coffees. We are happy to provide restaurant recommendations (many!). Fresh towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash are provided. A sofa-bed is available for guests above 4. An additional airbed and floor mattresses are available for larger groups. Guests have the apartment to themselves. PARKING: There is a PAID (you have to pay) municipal parking lot right next to our building. Day time parking is $1.50 / 90 minutes. Overnight parking at the municipal parking lot next door is $5 from 9pm to 9am. Pay at meter by lot entrance. Or use Park Mobile phone app, info on sign at parking meter and street signs.
You can purchase 24 hr street parking permits ($4 for one day) few blocks away at West NY Parking Authority on 60th Street (We are on 55th Street). Pay at either machines outside or their office counter or Park Mobile phone app, info on street signs.
