Beautiful newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment. Short commute to NYC by bus or car. New kitchen. New Bathroom. New porcelain floors. Freshly painted walls throughout. Now accepting bookings. Can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 small children. The one bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed, a stylish Asian inspired dresser and big armoire, two large clothing racks and a wall mounted TV. Lots of room for clothing and luggage. Large living room has a new 65 inch Samsung HDTV, new velvet sofa, two new velvet chairs and a new marble style coffee table. There’s also a futon that converts to a second bed if needed. Dedicated work station area available. The new bathroom has a porcelain marble shower, new toilet, new sink and new porcelain floors. Adjust your own heat and AC. AC units in both the bedroom and living/dining area. There’s a small dining area with a beautiful stone table that seats two. Two additional folding eating tables are provided. Free private parking for one car. Free wifi and smart TVs in both living room and dining room. Quiet and safe neighborhood. New pots and pans, new utensils and new plates for your use. Spices provided, as well as toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Ring doorbell camera positioned outside the front main door and a Ring camera in the back so your vehicle is secure and safe. Guaranteed to fully book! When sending requests, please provide the number and ages of the guests who will be staying at the apartment. Looking forward to hosting you.

Our second stay and just as perfect as a year ago. Spotless, very comfortable, and immediate responses from Denise. 2 blocks to the bus stop, easy ride into nyc. Nice neighborhood.

Clean property with one off-street parking spot available (can't partk overnight on the street in this town). Host was easily reached, friendly and flexible.

Boujie pad in Bogata

It worked well for me while away for work. I was able to meal prep in the kitchen and the area is peaceful and safe. Close walk to Pub 101 which had great food specials. Host is very helpful and responsive.

Absolutely great place

SUPER clean, I mean you could eat off the floors!! Denise responded immediately to our calls. When we discovered that the dishwasher wasn't working, Denise actually offered to come do our dishes every night! (It was really no big deal to do our own, but very kind of her to offer, and we're sure she will have the dishwasher fixed). Close to the bus stop to NYC, comfy bed, nice neighborhood, roomy place, couldn't be better. Loved it. Hope it's available when we next travel to the area.
