Welcome to Concrete & Canopy, a modern and inviting 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat in the heart of St. Charles, Missouri, located in the heart of the entertainment district, you'll be steps away from some of the area's best restaurants, bars, live music, and nightlife. Perfect for up to 4 guests. Inspired by the blend of urban edge and natural beauty, this thoughtfully designed space pairs sleek concrete textures with warm wood accents and lush, nature-inspired touches. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen ideal for effortless meals, a comfortable living area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and convenient walkable access to historic Main Street, local shops, dining, and the scenic riverfront. Concrete & Canopy is your perfect home base for a stylish and refreshing St. Charles getaway.

House Policies & Important Information
Pet Policy: Dog-friendly only. $150 non-refundable fee added after booking. Unauthorized pets or violations incur a $300 fee.
No Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. $250 violation fee applies.
Lost Items: $25 handling fee + shipping for item returns.
Extended Stays: Reservations over 21 days will include a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late departures subject to a $50 fee.
Starter Essentials: Complimentary starter pack of toiletries and paper goods provided (guests staying longer should plan to restock).

The property was very nice and clean. We had issues with checking in due to we had the property address but not a room number. When I called the phone number on the property information sheet the person that answered the phone said the this was no longer the number for the host. My daughter found information on the website with the room number on it. We talked to a couple of other people staying at the same location that had the same problem. Right address with no room number issued. They also had to call with delays checking in. Other than that the property itself was great, Close to everything downtown Old St. Charles. Would stay again, but would like the room number before we arrive at the location.
