Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire 3rd-floor condominium and shared building amenities, including the fitness center. This property comes with one covered spot and there is one spot outside the unit for first come first serve. All unit features, including the balcony, private laundry, and gourmet kitchen, are for exclusive guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Our home offers a peaceful vantage point over Mountain Village with panoramic views of the Telluride peaks. Sitting at around 10,000 feet in elevation, the neighborhood transforms into a hub for outdoor exploration during the summer months. Enjoy direct hiking access right from the property, where you can walk out your door and connect to scenic, high-altitude trails leading to beautiful waterfalls.



Explore the nearby Mountain Village core for boutique shopping and fine dining. For a taste of local culture, take the free scenic gondola down into the historic town of Telluride to experience vibrant events like the world-famous Telluride Bluegrass Festival or the Telluride Film Festival.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider San Juan Mountains, though the home's proximity to the free shuttle line makes navigating Mountain Village effortless. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the ability to walk directly from the property to local hiking trails. Guests can also utilize the free gondola for transit between Mountain Village and the town of Telluride. Additionally, guests will have access to the convenient Dial-A-Ride service during their stay.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



The clearance for the heated parking garage is 7'1".



One car is ideal as two is not always promised for a parking spot.



Gondola can be closed for seasonal or maintenance repairs outside of our control.



This home is not pet-friendly per HOA guidelines.



Getting to and from the slopes is easy! To start your day, you'll just take a quick walk from the front door to the designated ski-out access point to hit the mountain. At the end of the day, you are rewarded with direct ski-in access right back to the property—just take Billy’s Way, keep an eye out for the large signs for Cassidy Ridge, and you can literally ski right in.
