Just steps from the Cabriolet lift, you have instant access to dining, shopping, and the slopes. A free Park City shuttle nearby connects you to Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, and Kimball Junction year-round.

Inside, hardwood floors and mountain contemporary furnishings set the tone throughout. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace, Smart TV, and access to a private patio with mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream with Viking stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, granite countertops, and bar seating. A dining area and convenient half bath round out the main living space. The king master suite offers its own gas fireplace, Smart TV, and a private bath with dual sinks and a tile shower. The second bedroom provides flexible sleeping with a full over full bunk bed, an additional full bed, a Smart TV, and a private bathroom with tub and shower combo. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates additional guests with ease. Central air conditioning keeps things comfortable in the warmer months, and an in unit washer and dryer adds everyday convenience.

The Blackstone community elevates your stay with resort style amenities including a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and a fully equipped fitness center, all open year round. Your designated underground garage parking space keeps your vehicle protected in any season.

Step outside and you are immediately immersed in everything Canyons Village has to offer. In the winter, schedule a quick ride on the Canyons Village Connect App to take you to Canyons Base. Giving you ski in ski out style access to Park City Mountain, one of the largest ski resorts in the United States. In the warmer months, the area transforms into a hub for hiking, mountain biking, golf, and outdoor dining. The free Park City Transit shuttle makes it effortless to explore beyond the village without ever moving your car.

One designated parking space in the underground garage is included with your stay.

The community pool and hot tub are open year-round. Fitness center is open year-round. Hours of operation are posted.

During the winter you must drive a snow capable vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is 4WD or AWD, carry the correct chains and know how to use them, and plan your trip accordingly knowing this is a ski town and we can get 1 to 2 ft of snow within a 24 hour period. A driver with experience driving in winter conditions is highly recommended.

Must sign our rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48 hours of booking confirmation or forfeit your reservation.

What we enjoy most is how effortless everything is. You can walk to lifts, grab great food nearby, and be out on the mountain or trails within minutes. At the same time, you are just a short ride from Historic Main Street if you want more dining, shopping, or nightlife. Whether it is winter skiing or summer hiking and biking, the setting here makes it easy to fully enjoy the outdoors without ever feeling far from comfort.
