L'agréable appartement avec vue sur la mer Butterfly, pour quatre personnes, est situé dans l'incroyable Port d'Alcudia et dispose d'une terrasse qui vous permettra de profiter d'une expérience relaxante et de déconnexion. Sur celle-ci, vous pourrez voir le lever du soleil pendant que vous prenez votre petit-déjeuner ou contempler le coucher de soleil entre les montagnes pendant que vous dégustez votre dîner.



Cet appartement spacieux dispose d'un balcon avec une table où quatre convives peuvent se détendre et deux transats où l'on peut prendre un bain de soleil tout en sirotant une boisson rafraîchissante. Il comprend un grand salon lumineux avec climatisation et une table à manger pour quatre personnes. De plus, vous pourrez vous détendre en regardant un film sur la Smart TV ou vous reposer sur le canapé confortable.



La cuisine, indépendante et soignée, offre des appareils électroménagers nécessaires comme un lave-vaisselle, une plaque vitrocéramique, un micro-ondes et un four pour que vous puissiez cuisiner et passer un moment agréable.

Elle dispose de deux chambres avec un lit de matrimonial. Les chambres, avec un style soigné, vous offriront le meilleur repos avec vue sur la mer. Les deux chambres sont équipées de placards et de climatisation pour les nuits les plus chaudes.

La salle de bain dispose d'un bon éclairage, d'une douche et d'un lavabo confortable.

Loved everything about the apartment I will be returning again next year

We only had one issue which seems to be on going looking at the reviews the neighbours are noisy near the back bedroom. Other than that great location near some lovely restaurants and the host gave us a free late check out on the last day which was great.

The apartment is big and clean. The kitchen was fully equiped. The terrace had a nice view. One of the rooms need darker curtains to avoid streetlight and sunlight.

Fantastic location

We had a very nice stay at the property. The location is very nice, and close by to anything you could imagine! The house is very clean, well maintained and fully equipped. We had a very good interaction with the agency. We had an issue with opening the balcony door on a stormy Sunday and someone came to fix it. we really appreciated this! Thank you again for everything, I would recommend this place to anyone!

If your choice is to visit Alcudia, the location of the property is ideal and we can recommend this

The apartment is comfortable and well equipped and was perfect for our family of four. The three bedrooms allowed our two teenagers to have their own rooms which was great. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony and watching the life below in the evenings. The location being right at the edge of the port suited us as it was slightly off the most touristy stretch. It was surprisingly quiet on nights were there were no special events at the port, however, we also enjoyed watching a concert from the balcony one evening - so in the summertime you should not expect it to be quiet every night. We walked (30 mins) to the old town of Alcudia for dinner several nights. If you want to avoid the restaurant tourist traps - search around the old town and book a table in advance. Also recommend "Negre" for cocktails, relaxed atmosphere and good food, situated just below the apartment

Perfect very last minute holidays

Absolutely perfect holiday from the moment we booked to the very last minute. The apartment was even better then we expected . Check in - so easy,. we arrived late at night and had to leave early morning , and there was no stress with handing over the keys as all perfectly organized . Apartment has everything you need , is very spacious, with a lovely balcony , it's beautifully designed and had welcoming extras on arrival which was a very nice surprise. great communication with property administrator. Located just in front of the port with short distance to restaurants, shops, and beach . we would definitely come back to soon . highly recommended!!

We had a great stay in Port de Alcudia

We spent way more time on the balcony than I expected, it was just such a great place to chill out... I kept trying to read my book but as it overlooks the marina and promenade there was just far too much people watching to be done! Even though we were above some restaurants, it was surprisingly quiet at night, although maybe it would be different in the height of summer. We parked in a large free car park less than 5 minutes walk away. There was a small supermarket opposite the apartment entrance which was handy, and cheaper than others along the front. But if you have a car you can go to the Mercadona on the road to Alcudia old town... which, by the way is certainly worth a visit. There are loads of bars and restaurants as you'd expect, so no issues there. It's nice that you can walk so far along the marina and then onto the beach boardwalk which you can walk on for a long, long way! Overall a great stay!

Great location, very clean and tidy apartment

The location was fantastic, overlooking the marina and only a short walk to the beach and great choice of restaurants. The apartment was very clean and felt nice and spacious. The only issue we had was with trying to open the main door from the street. The buzzer system didn't seem to open the electronic door catch very well. However, once we had managed to gain access, a cleaner showed us how to get in using the keys. Would have been useful to have this information in the welcome emails. But only a small criticism.

Modern, spacious, fully equipped amazing views.

A spacious, light, airy apartment at the centre of the resort, superb facilities (Expresso machine) and utilities (dishwasher) in a relaxed modern open setting with amazing balcony and views. Could not fault the apartment. We did struggle with the keys to the apartment. It took a couple of days to find the knack to opening the doors, it was difficult arriving late at night and thinking the keys didn't fit the locks? Also after 7 days we still never worked out where we were meant to put the rubbish bags? A little leaflet on this would help other guests. The patio door was also a bit of a mystery to begin with, again just a little note for future guests. Apart from those small things a fantastic apartment.

Amazing view on harbour

This is a fabulous apartment. It had everything we neededwanted. The terrace was a wonderful place to watch the world go by. Despite being right on the front, it was also quite private. Everything in the apartment was of a high standard. The photographs on the website are exactly how you find the apartment. The people at the agency were very helpful and friendly and were easy to get in touch with. There were shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. A particular favourite restaurant of ours was sa Roqueta - but you must book! The beach was also very close, a few minutes walk. During our week there the weather was very hot, but the apartment stayed cool which was very useful. The bus stop and the taxi rank is a 10 minute walk away, just past the Tourist Information office. They are very helpful in the office. They explained to us how easy it is to get buses to lots of places on the island and so when we explored we used the bus service. Nothing

Bel appartement avec une belle vue

Vue à couper le souffle, correspond parfaitement aux photos, emplacement parfait à promîtes des restaurants, de la plage, marché nocturne. Super séjour. Seul point « négatif » on entend les voisins qui font couler le café et du bruit dans la chambre qui donne sur la cour intérieure mais c’est supportable.

Bel appartement avec beaucoup de commodités, fonctionnel et spacieux !

Très jolie vue sur le port de Alcudia avec toutes ses activités : commerces, restaurants, supérette, plage, activités nautiques, départs de balades en bateaux.... tout se fait pieds. Pas de parking privé mais un parking public et gratuit à proximité. Nous avions une crainte au niveau de l'emplacement sur le port avec les restaurants par rapport aux bruits et aux odeurs et en fait pas du tout. Pas d'odeur de cuisine sur la terrasse et l'appartement climatisé est très bien insonorisé. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter et pourrions revenir dans l'avenir!
