Marcher dans la porte d'entrée, essuyer vos tongs, la tête à la porte arrière et il y a votre piscine! La seule chose qui vous sépare de la plage et Casa Tina est notre piscine!

Casa Tina est situé dans le village de pêcheurs de Bucerias, sur la baie de Banderas. La baie est la deuxième plus grande baie du monde. Au cours de Janvier, les dauphins et les baleines peuvent être vus depuis le balcon de Casa Tina. Bucerias et Casa Tina ont tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour vos vacances fabuleuses. Les gens de Bucerias sont très amicaux et serviables. Casa Tina et Bucerias est une zone décontractée pour des vacances sans stress!

Casa Tina est dans une zone sécurisée fermée. Les vues sont absolument exceptionnelles! Shopping et manger est à distance de marche! Mon gestionnaire immobilier, Felipe, achètera vos courses et les a à la Casa pour vous! Jorge, mon chauffeur de taxi, peut venir vous chercher à l'aéroport de Puerto Vallarta pour un transfert sans stress à votre Casa; De plus, Jorge s'arrêtera pour acheter de la bière, en chemin.

La plage est propre et calme! GRANDE PLAGE POUR NAGER ET JOUER - PAS ROCKY! Idéal pour l'embarquement boogie!

Le surf est à 15 minutes au nord et le golf est à dix minutes au sud des Flamingos! Excursions sont seulement un bout de doigt, demandez à mon gestionnaire de la propriété, Felipe! Il connaît tous les meilleurs endroits! Apportez votre ordinateur portable - il y a une connexion Internet!

Awesome location on the beach in a great part of Bucerias.

The property is beautiful. We have been going to Bucerias for many years and this property is in a great location. The beach and pool are awesome. If you really want to experience Bucerias this is the place to stay.

Beautiful area. Enjoyed our stay very much. People were very friendly & felt safe, lots of security. Enjoyed the city tour. The massages on the beach were awesome.Beautiful flowers & great food.

The Casa and the pool were WONDERFUL

From the moment we arrived at Casa Tina we felt like we were at home. Tina and Felipe we awesome to work with...we tried to book the same for next year but unfortunately Casa Tina was taken...

Great unit

Property is great. Comfortable beds, great pool, good location.I would have given 5 stars except the washing machine was broken for 4 days (it did get fixed our last day), and we ran out of toilet paper (I notified the property manager, they didn’t bring more.Great place overall.

Fun community

This is a friendly group of 7 condos sharing a pool right in the ocean. Casa Tina is decorated with a fun beachy flair and the communication with both Tina and Felipe her property manager is exceptional. We had a nice week at Casa Tina

Perfect Home Away From Home

This was our second vacation in Bucerias and Casa Tina did not disappoint. Tina and Felipe were easy to communicate with and made the stay effortless. The house is in a perfect location on the beach and close to all the delicious restaurants Bucerias has to offer. It was safe and the house had all the necessities a family needed to be comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it! Thanks Tina

My family and I thoroughl...

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Casa Tina this past Christmas. The house accomodated 6 adults and 1 6 month old infant beautifully. The full kitchen and laundry facilities were wonderful to have and the immediate access to the beach, the pool and the nearby eateries made this a truly wonderful holiday. In fact, we have just rebooked for another week in 2008.

Casa Tina was a nice house in a great location with lots of amenities. We were rarely out of the pool or beach and then walked to local restaurants, grocery store and shops. Tina and her local staff were easily accessible, very accommodating and super nice. My only criticism is that a few things needed some attention and updating, but it was a great price point.

New Years Eve

We (7 of us) just spent an amazing 8 days at Casa Tina. This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath house on the beach with a great pool in a perfect location in Bucerias and very Safe. Casa Tina has everything you need and is close to many great restaurants and places to shop, all walkable. We enjoyed the fireworks show on New Years Eve on the private beach. What an experience. Can't wait to book Casa Tina again.

Wonderful

We have stayed at Casa Tina several times. It is a great house in a lovely setting convenient to Bucerias amenities. The house is clean and kept that way by an excellent housekeeper, Theresa. A real bonus is access to the property manager, Filipe who is extremely responsive to needs and who provides lower cost access to tours, etc. Filipe's tours often include tour guide and driver, Jorge who has an extraordinary fund of historical, cultural and geographic knowledge of the area.

Fantastic Place!

What a find! We had a great time at Casa Tina, with its charming nautical décor and spacious design. Tina, Felipe and Jorge bent over backwards to help make sure all went smoothly and that we could relax and ENJOY. We loved watching the glorious sunsets from the balcony off the bedrooms, with its full view of the beach and enchanting swimming pool. We swam in the warm ocean water every day. In town, we felt safe exploring colorful Bucerias’ authentic village shops, walkways and parks. Our family would love to return!

Great rental in an amazing location

This is our second time staying on this compound in Bucerias. We stayed at a neighboring casa 6 years ago. We will surely be back. The pool is great for kids and is usually empty. Everyone we met around the adjacent properties was great. It's close enough to stores and restaurants so you can get everything you need. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The area is extremely safe from everything we can tell. We went with my young girls ages 7 and 3 and my parents. Everyone had fun in this low-key town.

The One to Top!

Tina, Thanks so much for the rental of your awesome home! We had an absolutely fantastic holiday! The area is perfect! Felipe was a gem. The flowers were so beautiful that we used them as our "Christmas Tree" so Santa could put the presents under them. I just want to let you kn...

I just want to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your condo. All 8 of us have nothing put great things to say about your place. We are talking about it to all our friends and recommending they try it. In the previous 7 years our trips were all inclusive 5+ star resorts. We would rate your place as high as any resorts we went to. The restaurants around the area were all excellent and good prices. We just had an awesome time. Thanks!

Casa Tina is your private secret garden. We are located on the beach surrounded by beautiful flowers and a GREAT deck for lounging. The swimming pool is wonderful and refreshing for swimmers as well as for children to splash around in! Yet, the 250 feet driveway takes you to civilization-stores, shops, restaurants and bars! I LOVE Bucerias because there aren't alot of time share sales people and it's so laid back! Clean, safe, fun! Great place to be!

The swimming pool, with Palm Trees, is right out your door as well as the beach! Every window has either a pool or ocean/beach view, BBQ, boogie boards, table and chairs on the balcony, alot of outside lounge chairs on the deck, Wireless internet, WIFI, TOTAL RELAXATION. Swimming pool has lounge chairs built into it! Everything is within walking distance! PERFECT PLACE FOR YOUR NEXT VACATION! Bedroom configuration allows 2 couples plus 2 kids each and a Nanny!
